The most important thing for me in puzzle is that there are no false-fits. I hate it when puzzle pieces tend to fit in more that one place 😡 especially that I love doing art and it's not easy to begin with. My favourite puzzle brand is Enjoy Puzzle. It's absolutely fantastic!
Love your channel Mandy. I had a great puzzling year. This is the first year I kept track of how many puzzles I did and I’m shocked I did 118 puzzles for a total of 53600 pieces.
@@thepuzzledmandynope. At least that’s not my goal. I don’t really have a goal except to just have fun with it. I would love to do my truly oldest in my collection which is a 3000 piece puzzle. Which would also be the largest puzzle I have ever done.
@@thepuzzledmandy thank you. Just got a bigger dinning room table that actually fits the space. The fact that I can now do bigger puzzles was just a bonus. Really. 🤣

Mandy, you have such of fun personality and that personality, your talent for puzzling and sense of humor, make this channel my favorite, you have done great puzzles this year. Challenging, fun and you have moved a lot, new houses from puzzle to puzzle to puzzle 😂it is a treat and a real pleasure to watch your videos. I love puzzles that stay together well, matte, large enough pieces and mostly colorful. You make me laugh with your comments and your puzzle hauls, and discord has been fun to be part of for sure, happy new year 2024 and happy puzzling 🧩❤️😊
Thank you so much, I appreciate that 😊 You've all motivated me so much on this puzzling journey, and I feel so lucky to have such an amazing community. And you're absolutely right! I don't think I've ever moved so much in my life, and in just one year too. That's a lot of lights left on too🤣 Happy New Year 🍾
I love your videos! I would love to see a full explanation on what you do with the puzzles you frame. Would love the details cause id love to hang mine! ❤❤❤❤
Thank you! I do talk about how I display my puzzles throughout some of my videos, but I believe this one talks most about it, " I Tried 3 Puzzle 'Essentials'...The Results Shocked Me!" I would put the link but TH-cam might delete my comment.
Happy New Year Mandy! You are the first video I watched to open the year. With you I don’t feel alone with my love of puzzles, thank you! Have a great year 🧩
I enjoy the puzzle shopping/haul videos. I completed 18 puzzles in 2023, 17,695 pieces, 8 different brands, none of which I'd ever done before. When the year started, I had not completed a puzzle since the 90's. The best part has been puzzling with the lil' puzzler at home. Second best was joining Mandy's Discord puzzling community!
18 puzzles is a fantastic accomplishment after not puzzling for many years. And it's also great that you've branched out to different brands. So happy to hear you're enjoying being part of the community, but most of all that you have a little puzzle buddy at home as well 😊
My favorite video was the one where you got the new shelf and reorganized! I’m looking forward to seeing you go through your collection again! (Maybe when you do that you can let us know how many sets you have 😉) I’ve completed 51 puzzles so far and hoping to get 52 done before new year. I keep track of all my puzzles with a photo album in my phone. I did my first 1500 as well as my puzzle #50 this year. (Same Disney classics as you!) My two favorite brands would have to be Ravensburger and Buffalo. I love Ravensburger for the “linen” finish and it’s not shiny. I love Buffalo for the price and availability. Looks like you have lots to celebrate and lots to look forward too! 🎉 Happy New Year!
I can definitely do a count on how many puzzles I currently have. I'm hoping to get that video planned/filmed very soon as my room is currently a mess LOL. That's a great amount of sets completed. I still don't think I'm gonna set a number goal for the new year, maybe I should just aim to try to do more than 2023 🤷♀️. We shall see! I do really like the linen finish on the Ravensburgers. I'm looking forward to trying out more of their sets this year and hopefully I can get a better overall sense of the brand. Happy New Year!
I didn’t intentionally set a number until I got to like 40 and I was like “I am going to try and get to 50 by the end of the year” my goal for 2024 is to just do more than 2023. I would like to try my first 2000 count sometime in 2024. I also need to start going through and either donate or sell some puzzles. Looks like I won’t get that addition to my house for puzzles after all! lol.
Looking forward to seeing what sets you complete. I love your honest reviews and real comments especially with the haunted mansion puzzle. Made me laugh and felt your pain. I also have that puzzle in my collection. Not sure I want to attempt it. See you in 2024
Thank you so much! 🤗 I know there other puzzles out there that are much more challenging, but oh boy, prepare yourself mentally for that monstrosity of a puzzle. You will feel a huge sense of accomplishment when you've completed it. You can do it!!!
Mandy, you've had such an amazing puzzle year! I've enjoyed watching your videos and I love your sense of humor and Discord! It's been fun getting to know you this year and I look forward to more puzzling with you in 2024! 🎉🎉🧩🧩 Happy New Year! And Happy Puzzling! 🥰🧩
Thank you so much Judy🤗 You were one of the first puzzle TH-camrs I started watching, and it's been an honor getting to know you. You are incredibly awesome and you have inspired me in so many way...I want your puzzle collection 🤣🤣 Happy New Year!!!
@thepuzzledmandy Thank you so much, Mandy! 🥰🧩 Your collection has grown so much, it won't be long before you outdo me! 🤣 May the puzzles be plenty in 2024! 🥰
I totally agree! I know, there are so many great brands to choose from too. I don't think I'll ever be able to pick the ultimate one for myself either.
I thought about that, but then I think about spending money on a puzzle that I may possibly end up hating. But then again, gradient would be more pleasing to my eyes instead of that bland gray. Besides, my Krypt is used so who knows if it's missing any pieces. I'll look into it.
Great video.. Mandy you have came so far in this past year!! Good for you. You should be proud of all you have learned. I read most of the comments and have to agree, your great upbeat personality shines thru ,every video is fun. no I cannot pick a favorite. Well I do like the come thrift with me. I am on the sidelines yelling.. get that one!!!! sometimes you do pick the ones I like. That is one huge reason I love your channel. You like me are budget minded. some channels have huge hauls of new puzzles , hundreds of dollars, I cannot relate nor justify the cost, so I guess those are my favorite kind of videos. I love your enthusiasm for this hobby we share!!!! I have done maybe 75 puzzles this year, I do not have a full time job like you. Thank you again for mentioning me. I am so glad to have introduced you to yet another type of puzzles. and you have shown us different kinds... What kind of video I would like to see, is a helpful hint one, take all the things we mention on Discord and put them in one video. OHHHH I just looked you have hit 2000 subscribers CONGRATULATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! better get working on that 2000 piece puzzle..lol lol another reason to be PROUD!!CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!! YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! looking forward to another great year thanks for taking me along on your journey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't thank you enough for all your support this year. You've opened me up to the wooden puzzle realm, and I appreciate you so much for all your encouragement and our chats 🤗 Shopping trips are so much fun. Made a trip to the thrift store again recently 😉 Yes, it looks like I'm gonna have to start working on that 2k puzzle sooner than expected, but that's a great thing! Can't wait for the new year! Woah, that's a crazy number of puzzles 😲 I hope to make more time this coming year to work on more than what I achieved in 2023. I've got some great sets lined up, so I'm really looking forward to getting started again. Happy New Year 🍾
Hi Mandy, thank you so much for getting me through this year's Christmas season. I only found your channel a week ago when I was sick in bed and my family had to spend Christmas without me, but you cheered me up so much. I absolutely love how you feel about each picture and your stories about your house/lighthouse/random animals etc. What I like most is that you're not one of those speed puzzlers (they always intimidate me) and the great variety in your videos. I'm jealous that we don't have those dollar stores in Germany, but maybe it's for the best :) 40 finished puzzles in a year is a lot! I've only finished 4 since the middle of the year when I rediscovered this hobby... but I already have a stack of 11 new ones. I absolutely love your puzzle haul videos. I'd find it interesting if you could get your hands on brands that are more popular in Europe/Germany besides Ravensburger, like Schmidt, Piatnik, Trefl, Clementoni, Castorland, etc. That way your European viewers can contribute more to the discussion. Maybe you can keep an eye out for them during your flea market / thrift store visits. I enjoy watching your content so much, just missing a few more videos until I've seen them all. Thank you very much and see you in 2024!
So happy to hear that I spent Christmas with you, and I'm glad my wild stories cheered you up even when you weren't feeling well 😊 Oh I get intimidated watching the speed puzzlers too, it's very intense stuff. As I said, my speed puzzle attempt may very well be a catastrophe, but I feel like I gotta give it a shot at least once (most likely only once LOL). We shall see! Dollar stores are dangerous. They make me forget things like budgets and the fact that I'm running out of storage space 🤣 I also end up buying others things that suddenly "need". Speaking of getting those other brands, I just so happen to have gotten a couple of new brands in my collection...small Christmas haul coming soon 😉 Thank you for joining me on my puzzle journey and hope you have a great new year!
I have completed 100 puzzles this year and should be 101 with the current one I am working on. I was quite surprised at the total. I haven't totaled the piece count yet. Thank you for sharing your 2023 puzzle experience, always enjoy your videos!
Oh wow! That's a huge achievement 👌🧩 I don't think I'd ever be able complete that many in one year. Are you aiming to beat that number in 2024?? Thank you for your support!
Thanks for the year end review and for all the content, Mandy. It's fun seeing you gain knowledge and experience in puzzling and you-tubing. You are seeming even more poised and comfortable on camera than you did at first. I don't have any specific type of content I dislike but I do particularly like the shopping for puzzles videos.
Thanks you so much! It's funny, as I was editing this video, I had to skim through a bunch of my much earlier videos, and I couldn't believe how much they changed over time, thankfully for the better 😅 I even started critiquing them and thinking about how I could've made them a lot better. But, it was nice to see the progression of everything.
I took apart a Buffalo puzzle recently and I was surprised at how tightly it was holding together. It was almost as strong as a Pintoo set! Those puzzles are very well made.
Nice year end recap! You will definitely complete more puzzles next year, it's the nature of the beast!!! LOL I've been puzzling on and off my whole life, getting a puzzle here, picking up a puzzle there, with years in between. However I got back into it in 2017 and it has evolved from a small bookshelf of puzzles to four full bookshelves of puzzles.... I love a good deal as well so the majority have come from thrift stores and sales. I had it all under control until I discovered the puzzle swap. The one in central florida isnt a one to one ratio. It's bring your puzzles to the swap, and then they call bingo style your number. You get to pick what you want from the tables. After the 5th round the tables open up and you can take what you want. Which is why I can bring 10 puzzles to the swap and leave with 15!! I've done over 70 puzzles this year, I dont have a total amount yet since I plan on puzzling today and tomorrow. I like to participate in events that are hosted on line, either on Facebook or TH-cam. Right now I'm participating in both the Winter Olympics on FB and just started the Winter Bingo by The Casual Puzzler. And in the background I'm also doing my virtual world traveling. I rotate between world tours and road trips. Whatever you do for 2024, keep doing you. That's what drew us here to begin with! 😁
Thank you so much! 🤗 Yes, the BEAST will be unleashed!!! And hopefully not cause any more damages 🤣 I don't think I'll set a specific goal, just aim to complete more than what I've done. I'd love to have four bookshelves full of puzzles 🤩Sometimes I fantasize about adding an extension to my house just so that I can make my puzzle space bigger LOL. I don't blame you for also being a beast when it comes to collecting puzzles, it's too darn hard to resist! 70 puzzles completed and doing all the events you do is amazing, almost TOO beastly! 🤣🤣🤣
Im just like you in terms of goals, Mandy, whatever i can work on will be it. Im starting to wonder if people who do 2, 3, 4 large puzzles a week actually do anything else?! Like omg i can hardly do one puzzle a month 😂 lovely video and hope to be able to do another challenge with you this year! Cheers
Yea, I think I'm just going to aim to hopefully complete more than I did in 2023 and not stress about it. I'm pretty sure when I retire in the future, I'll be one of those people completing numerous puzzles in a week 🤩🤩Sounds like a lot of awesome relaxation time! Looking forward to another challenge this year too!
I'm pretty new to the puzzle scene. Just started about six months ago and had no idea there were so many brands around. Your videos have been a lot of fun to watch in that regard. My personal favorite puzzle brand is Pintoo; the quality, durability, and tactile experience is just hard to beat.
Honestly, before I started this channel I didn't know there were so many brands out there too. And I still haven't scratched the surface! I'm looking forward to checking a lot more out this year. And absolutely yes, Pintoo is AMAZING! I really need to pick up more sets 💸💸💸
My favorite videos of yours are the ones where you allow us to tag along on your puzzle shopping trips. It is fun and I always enjoy seeing what you come home with ! Yes, it would be exciting to see you shop for puzzles in flea markets as well as stores you may not have shopped in previously. You never know what you will find ! I enjoy random-cut puzzles with snug-fitting pieces. However, I can be seduced by an image I just can't live without and will then tolerate grid or ribbon cut as well as looser-fitting puzzle pieces. This year was not my best year for jigsaw puzzles as I had a lot of big projects at work. Of those puzzles I was able to work, I enjoyed Cobble Hill, Spilsbury, Vermont Christmas Co., Bits and Pieces, Galison (I just had to buy most of the Susan Herbert's Galison Meowsterpiece Puzzles as I love her art), and Springbok puzzle brands.
I'm looking forward to checking out the stores I have planned for the new year, and bringing everyone along with me 👌Flea markets is a big goal when they start to open up in my area. I do enjoy random cuts too, makes the puzzle a lot more fun. And I have to agree with you on being seduced by puzzle images, happens to me most with Disney branded puzzles. They are not my favorite in terms of overall experience/quality, but those exclusive images are really something special. Hopefully the new year will bring you more puzzle time!
Happy New Year! Brands I prefer...I like several. I look for quality and image selections. My top faves are Cobblehill, buffalo, and Ravensburger. Ravensburger is my top only because of image selection and piece count. They seem to have the most variety in images and so many piece count sizes. they are the reason why I have ventured into puzzles larger than 2k pieces. most brands with that piece count and higher don't have the images I'm drawn to and would enjoy.
I have to agree, Ravensburger has an amazing image selection, especially their Disney sets. I really need to try another Cobble Hill set. I only have one, but they also have a bunch of images that I really love. Wishing you all the best in the new year!
Awesome job! And two 2k puzzles, that's great!😀I'm still trying to build up the courage to start my first 2k, which I'm going to have to start way sooner than I expected LOL.
Happy new year! I believe you did at least 25 jigsaw puzzles last year as an educated guess. Don’t worry. I tried a 1,000 piece candy jigsaw puzzle by ravensburger. It’s a little too colorful for me. I purchased 3 jigsaw puzzles at a thrift store in Farmington today. One of them is an Americana theme by masterpieces. That has 1,000 pieces. The second is a croxley. That has 500 pieces. It’s a field and cornfield with a red barn. I don’t think it will be too hard for me just as long the cornfields are easy enough for me. The last one is a sea turtle theme. That image is too colorful for me🙃🎨. It looked easy but tough-looking. Why oh why I got it?🤔. I wanted to impress the woman 👩 who worked there. She told me I made her day because I did see her and have some ideas 💡. It was early or too late to get there but I managed the timing ⏱️ anyways. Once again: happy new year 🎊🎆! 2024
Honestly, I was surprised that I completed that many puzzles 😂 We'll see how much I get done this year. I won't set any specific goals, but I'll try me best to complete more than 2023. Good luck with your new puzzle sets!
You are always enthusiastic about your puzzles and give honest opinions of your experience doing them. Finding time to do your puzzles can be a challenge if you have a job and all the housework to fit in. How many have I done this year? I don't actually keep count but I do between 15 and 20 puzzles a month, so 180 to 240 in a year. As a retired person I have time at my disposal, so once the housework is done I can do puzzles. Have you considered trying some abstract images at all? For example Robert Delaunay's Circular Forms or Grafika's Multicoloured Bubbles. I can't remember if you have done any gradient puzzles like Buffalo Plumes of Color of which I did the 300 piece version. Whatever puzzles you do for 2024 I'm sure you will do them with great aplomb and enthusiasm. Look forward to seeing you in 2024.
Thank you so much 😊 With all the housework, family life, and my job, there's nothing better than sitting down to a good puzzle. Finding time is tough, but I hope to make more time this coming year for more puzzle adventures. 15 to 20 puzzles a month is amazing! That's a ton of completed puzzles 😲Do you keep a large collection at home, or do you swap/donate most of them? Honestly, I'm not really into abstract images as I find them hard to connect with. I much prefer to work on something that sparks memories, or an image that I can see myself "in". But I wouldn't mind trying one out in the future. I also would like to try a gradient at some point too.
@@thepuzzledmandy Most of the puzzles that I do get passed on to the local community via a puzzle exchange. I've kept some Wentworth puzzles and some others that I like. I don't have the space to keep large quantities of puzzles. For a gradient puzzle I wonder if you may like to try the Clementoni Stairs one, 500 pieces, Code No. 35132. It's part of their Color Boom Collection. Grafika's Multicoloured Bubbles is a 500 piece gradient. You do whatever you feel is right for you. Enjoying doing your puzzles is the main thing.
That was a fun video to watch. I still think you could do stand up lol. I am with you all the way on puzzles that fall apart, it seems I spend more time fixing them, than making it. like to see you do a Eurographics puzzle because every piece is the same shape. All the best to you and your family and your editing skills are on par with your puzzling skills.
😊 Thank you so much! Knowing me, if I stood up in front of a crowd I'd probably freeze or ramble aimlessly 🤣 I actually do have a Eurographics set in my collection that I haven't opened yet. That will definitely be one I work on very soon. Wishing you all the best for the new year!
I love the shopping videos, reviews of new brands, when you go into the puzzles, and sagas like the Haunted Mansion 😂. 3D models and stuff are the only ones I usually skip! Love your channel! Happy new year!
Glad you like them! I love how you describe the Haunted Mansion as a "saga", I never thought of it like that. I need to create more sagas! I'm gonna be honest, I much prefer to work on the normal jigsaw puzzles than the other stuff, but I was glad to try something new. I always couldn't wait to get back to working on the normal stuff whilst I was filming/editing those videos 😅 Happy New Year!
@@thepuzzledmandy Yeah I understand, especially since the brands are the ones mostly reaching out with 3D puzzles and such! I just like the regular ones. Currently obsessed with the Dowdle wooden mini 4-puzzle sets.
Yes Mandy, time is going faster, even from a cosmological point of view (which I won't go into), plus the older we get, it seems time passes by faster. You have done wonderfully this year as once one gets into a hobby, it's like a whole new world opens up with so many options, which you have discovered. Having a goal is good yet also go with the flow, at the same time. Or as Tony Robbins says it, stay fixed on your goal yet flexible in your approach. Ok, back to your video and for me to do some work myself....admittedly been sort of lazy as of late and I need to get back into things. Have a great New Year and 2024 to you and your family 🙂 My personal favourite brand, although I am much more into the 3D jigsaws would have to be Wrebbit. Being drawn into the image and feeling connected is how I pick the Tarot decks I have bought.....if no connection or not feeling as part of the "story" in the card, I won't buy that deck. That Crypt jigsaw seems absolutely awesome and a mind-bender lol Purchased the twist top 4-sided jewelry pyramid....awaiting to put that together with my Mrs and cos of you, just ordered the Krypto jigsaw as never knew they even existed. Looking forward to putting that one together 🙂 The puzzle i would love to see you with your family put together are the two Hogwarts 3D jigsaws, one has 850 pieces and the other 875, and forgot which one yet it has a connecting piece to "tie" them together. The biggest challenge is, once put together is the space it takes up.....re 3 feet wide, and 20 inches tall.....so pretty big. I still feel you'd have a blast. Apparently average time to put those together is like 30 hours though. Or even the 3D Disney Castle jigsaw I emailed you about. Their costs are quite high compared to a standard 2D jigsaw yet I believe, so worth it.
Yeah, I think I'm just going to aim to complete more than what I did this year, but no stressing about it. Puzzling is to relax and enjoy 😊 And having a connection to what you're working really gets you more involved in the whole experience. That is always super important to me. I'm going to have to look up Wrebbit. I also need to look more into those 3D Hogwarts and Disney Castle puzzles. I'd love to work on those, but I'd have absolutely nowhere to display them 😅 I need to figure out where I'm going to put the Notre Dame I worked on previously because I need to make more storage space on my shelf. Hope you have a great New Year Ernie and take care!
Sounds like you have it all under control 🙂 Space is always the issue......im thinking with mine once done is to place them in the loungeroom as "ornaments" etc. If you have an attic, maybe? Can u hang one off the ceiling, providing it has a strong base/foundation as they are light as? I am seriously thinking once I buy my house, I'll need one with a Games room hehehe Yep, I get to celebrate Xmas twice, literally as hers is on the 7th January, being Orthodox and then with NY, since Europe is 10 hours behind Sydney, I get to celebrate that twice too lol Have a lovely New Year. 2024 is going to be....Big, I sense.
I never do a puzzle where I dont like the image (well with one exception--lol a freebie I got with an orderfrom I believe was Spilsb ury-- I will probably do it maybe next just to get it over with lol)
I look for the same things in a puzzle, locks together well and good print quality! I really hate false fits and if a puzzle has a lot of false fits in a solid color area I'll give up 😂 The thing you do where you put yourself into the image and tell the story about it is what made me subscribe to your chanel. 84 done totalling 81750 pieces, I’m in middle of my final for 2023, a 500 piece, which will make 85, totalling 82250 pieces, fingers crossed! (my first ever 5000 in that count which pushed up the piece count).
😲Woah, that's a serious amount of puzzles, and pieces too! I don't know if I'd ever achieve a number like that, that's amazing. Are you aiming to beat that number in 2024???
@@thepuzzledmandy I obviously have too much spare time. 😂. I only started in January with a view to not being on a screen as much and it’s worked. Maybe too well. 😁

😲Wow...that's a fantastic achievement in such a short amount of time! Do you normally work on more than one puzzle set at a time? I don't think I'd be able to handle that much at a time 😅
@@thepuzzledmandy Yes, I typically work on two or three at a time. Nowadays, it is a wooden one, a regular one, and then a mini or advent (I still have lots of those to do). I find this keeps me interested, especially since some of these wooden ones are mind numbingly hard.

That's a lot of lights left on too🤣
Happy New Year 🍾
I love your videos!
Congrats on the 2000 subs and happy new year Mandy!!!
Thank you so much Ric! Happy New Year!
I would like to see you do a Magnolia 😊
I will put that on my list! Thank you 😊
Happy New Year Mandy! You are the first video I watched to open the year. With you I don’t feel alone with my love of puzzles, thank you! Have a great year 🧩
Thank you so much 🤗 and wishing you all the best in the new year!!
Puzzle reviews ❤
Yes, and I got a lot of "new" to me brands planned for the coming months 😉
(Maybe when you do that you can let us know how many sets you have 😉)
I’ve completed 51 puzzles so far and hoping to get 52 done before new year. I keep track of all my puzzles with a photo album in my phone. I did my first 1500 as well as my puzzle #50 this year. (Same Disney classics as you!)
My two favorite brands would have to be Ravensburger and Buffalo.
Yes!! I love being able to see other puzzler's collections. Although, I always end up with more puzzles on my wishlist after, lol
Looks like I won’t get that addition to my house for puzzles after all! lol.
@@Kristy781 Not putting in an addition to the house is probably for the best 🤣
Looking forward to seeing what sets you complete. I love your honest reviews and real comments especially with the haunted mansion puzzle. Made me laugh and felt your pain. I also have that puzzle in my collection. Not sure I want to attempt it. See you in 2024
Thank you so much! 🤗
I know there other puzzles out there that are much more challenging, but oh boy, prepare yourself mentally for that monstrosity of a puzzle.
You are incredibly awesome and you have inspired me in so many way...I want your puzzle collection 🤣🤣
Happy New Year!!!
@thepuzzledmandy Thank you so much, Mandy! 🥰🧩 Your collection has grown so much, it won't be long before you outdo me! 🤣 May the puzzles be plenty in 2024! 🥰
Holding together is big for cardboard puzzles, sharp images are so important too. Can’t pick just one forever.
I totally agree! I know, there are so many great brands to choose from too. I don't think I'll ever be able to pick the ultimate one for myself either.
I highly recommend you do the GRADIENT Krypt puzzle first.
I thought about that, but then I think about spending money on a puzzle that I may possibly end up hating. But then again, gradient would be more pleasing to my eyes instead of that bland gray. Besides, my Krypt is used so who knows if it's missing any pieces. I'll look into it.
The gradient Krypt is a really amazing and fun puzzle! It goes by really fast too. It's honestly a pure delight to puzzle! @thepuzzledmandy
You've opened me up to the wooden puzzle realm, and I appreciate you so much for all your encouragement and our chats 🤗
Shopping trips are so much fun. Made a trip to the thrift store again recently 😉
Yes, it looks like I'm gonna have to start working on that 2k puzzle sooner than expected, but that's a great thing! Can't wait for the new year!

Congrats on the puzzle achievement. I did 94 puzzles with 76,500 pieces in total. Happy new year. Keep puzzling to your hearts content.
Woah, that's a crazy number of puzzles 😲 I hope to make more time this coming year to work on more than what I achieved in 2023. I've got some great sets lined up, so I'm really looking forward to getting started again.

# of pieces - 67,592
Wow, that's an insane number of completed sets! That's amazing 🤩
I'm jealous that we don't have those dollar stores in Germany, but maybe it's for the best :)
40 finished puzzles in a year is a lot!
Speaking of getting those other brands, I just so happen to have gotten a couple of new brands in my collection...small Christmas haul coming soon 😉
Thank you for joining me on my puzzle journey and hope you have a great new year!
Pomegranate puzzle brand, is worth checking out also, I found mine at Barnes and Noble. The have alot of puzzles and brands!
That brand is for sure on my list. I think my closest barnes and nobles is about an hour away, but I’m planning to head there soon!
Buffalo is great quality, and great value when it comes to price. I'd never hesitate to pick up a set from that brand.
Yes, the BEAST will be unleashed!!!
@@thepuzzledmandy What's too beastly is doing that Haunted Mansion TWICE!!!!!!
@@Lyntintin1 🤔That is quite true 🤣
@@thepuzzledmandy good thinking! And likewise ill be one of those retirees too 😁
I'm pretty new to the puzzle scene.
Do you have a puzzle wishlist? I would love to see a video where you chat about that!! 🌈
I don't actually. And if (when) I do make a video creating a wishlist, it'll probably end up being an excessively loooong video 🤣
I could live off of just Pintoo puzzles for forever!
Same here!! They are so amazing! I need to make another purchase 💸💸💸
🧩you can totally do the Krypt🧩
I don't know about that. I think it might be the first puzzle I ever give up on 🤣
@@thepuzzledmandyI promise, you'll LOVE the gradient Krypt!! If you hate it, I'll get you a puzzle you like! 😂
41 puzzles this year. I tried 2000 pieces for the first time and completed 2. Favourite were the Ravensberger challenge puzzles.
Thank you so much 😊
With all the housework, family life, and my job, there's nothing better than sitting down to a good puzzle.
@@puzzlepiece9509 Thank you so much for the suggestions, I'll look into them!
Knowing me, if I stood up in front of a crowd I'd probably freeze or ramble aimlessly 🤣
I actually do have a Eurographics set in my collection that I haven't opened yet.
I always couldn't wait to get back to working on the normal stuff whilst I was filming/editing those videos 😅
Happy New Year!
I am seriously thinking once I buy my house, I'll need one with a Games room hehehe
Yep, I get to celebrate Xmas twice, literally as hers is on the 7th January, being Orthodox and then with NY, since Europe is 10 hours behind Sydney, I get to celebrate that twice too lol
Have a lovely New Year. 2024 is going to be....Big, I sense.
I never do a puzzle where I dont like the image (well with one exception--lol a freebie I got with an orderfrom I believe was Spilsb ury-- I will probably do it maybe next just to get it over with lol)
🤣I know how you feel about "getting it over with". That's such a hard mindset to puzzle with.
I look for the same things in a puzzle, locks together well and good print quality! I really hate false fits and if a puzzle has a lot of false fits in a solid color area I'll give up 😂
The thing you do where you put yourself into the image and tell the story about it is what made me subscribe to your chanel. There's something so endearing about hearing you say "you know that's my house!" 🥰

@@thepuzzledmandy Yes, I typically work on two or three at a time. Nowadays, it is a wooden one, a regular one, and then a mini or advent (I still have lots of those to do). I find this keeps me interested, especially since some of these wooden ones are mind numbingly hard.

🧩we must see your puzzling adventures with the Minecraft puzzle 🧩🧩🧩please with a crafting table on top?!🧩
Oooo, my daughter asked me about working on that Minecraft puzzle the other day. Crafting table?...I got a torch, sword...full blown costume...👌
I love all your videos so I will watch anything you make in the new year 😂
I completed 76 puzzles this year 🧩 including my first 2000 piece and lots of new brands
Happy New Year and happy puzzling
Thank you so much😀
That's an awesome number of completed puzzles! I still don't think I'll set any specific goal for the new year, but I think I'll just aim to complete more than this years number. I'm gonna have to start working on my 2k set sooner than I expected 😐I'm nervous!
Happy New Year!

Thank you so much!! I'm looking forward to learning about and trying out a lot of new to me brands this year 🤗
