After watching the video, I've learned the basic concepts and the different areas when writing the case study. Case study analysis is identifying the problem of the specific organization, determining what alternative solutions that might help to solve the situation and forming what is the best possible strategy to perform to attain the desired goals. I also learned that case study is very beneficial to organization because it really helps to identify what are the areas that the organization may be lacking of or things that they should be focusing on. It also shows the point of views of the different persons involved. In conclusion, it must come from the SWOT Analysis and lastly, recommendation should come from the conclusion. I do think that it's kinda hard to analyze the case study but at the end, it makes me realized that it could help researchers and readers and it turns opinions into a fact.

I learned the different types of Case study but we are going to focus on Problem-Oriented Case Studies. In Problem-Oriented Case Studies the title should be the main point of the study. The viewpoint of the people that was mention in the case was also important. Identify the root cause of the problem for the statement of the problem. Apply SWOT analysis: strength, weakness (Internal Environment) and opportunity,threats (External Environment) in the given case inorder to conclude. After concluding, look for possible solutions or the recommendation. And start making an action plan out of it.

You will answer the case solely and defend it face-to face with a panel of 4 or 3. If I could still recall the case study was the Zara apparel case or the Heinekken case.

Another very important thing in analyzing a case study is to pay attention to the process on how you do this task, to do it properly. Always include all important part of case study analysis, from its title, statement of the problem, objectives, areasbof consideration, alternative course of action, conclusion, recommendation and lastly action plan. It is essential to do properly each steps and parts of a case study. Because at the end of your analysis, you should be able to help in the case, give recommendation and action plan that will resolve the matter.
I learned the different types of Case study but we are going to focus on Problem-Oriented Case Studies. In Problem-Oriented Case Studies the title should be the main point of the study. The viewpoint of the people that was mention in the case was also important. Identify the root cause of the problem for the statement of the problem. Apply SWOT analysis: strength, weakness (Internal Environment) and opportunity,threats (External Environment) in the given case inorder to conclude. After concluding, look for possible solutions or the recommendation. And start making an action plan out of it.
A case study is important to the management because it provides an overview of the happenings/events in the company. Case study is different of the other research because it indicates more storytelling and every person the involve in the study has a role or every each of them can help in finding the conclusion of the study. The type of the case studies that you are going to use is it depends on the main focus of the study, and as a student having a case study analysis in our curriculum helps us to develop our skills in problem solving, analyzing realistic problem and how we can handle and think about the solution that may be helpful for us in the future and ofcourse in the field or job that we are going to enter after school.
It gives knowledge specially for us who chose business track as there starting point , It provides information that we can use in forming and analyzing case studies that will address some problems and would give a possible solution to the organization. It also demonstrate on how to create a case study that may become effective when circumstances occur.
i 've learned more about doing a case study and it is a more detailed kind of research. it is more on storytelling so that you can analyze the problem and continue to the next steps. Each steps is connected to one another in order to have a conclusion or solution to the problem.
This video is very helpful for MBA students. I have a hard time when it comes to making an action plan and identifying the central problem.

This was our MBA's final requirement to graduate after the compre exam, same format of case study , it was really a learning experience. You will answer the case solely and defend it face-to face with a panel of 4 or 3. If I could still recall the case study was the Zara apparel case or the Heinekken case.
Base on my understanding about the discussion that case study is a subcategory of research design where invistigates a problem of a certain organization or firm. Case study has a formula to use to determine the main problem of the organization inorder to solve it and gives an recommendations where you think that the recommendation was given is the sulotion to the problem to help the organization.
I now have an insight but was expecting to see a practical example of a written case study report
Case Study Analysis gave us knowledge and experience as if we're on the field by deeply understanding and observing the problem that the organization is facing in order to come up with a solution that wont jeopardize the business more. Thus, it shows how vital the contents of the study are which should be specific and covers different factors that could affect the organization. This analysis could eventually help us to effectively solve future business circumstances.
In case study you will able to identify a specific problem in a organisation, event etc. Through it, you can formulated a effective and efficient strategy to aid that specific problem in a organisation, event etc. It puts you in the situation of the people involved.
After watching the video we have a further understanding about the Analyzing case and writing case study, the case study is the sub category of research design. it investigates the problems and offer a possible solutions. This video tells us the common rough formula of a case study, the case study consist the following: problem, solution, result and conclusion. there are some types of the case studies those are historical case studies, problem oriented case study which use for solving a particular problem, cumulative case studies which collecting information, critical case studies which explore the cause and effect of the study and lastly the illustrative case studies which describe a certain event. Also it discuss the 8 major areas of case study. The case study is important for us especially for the Entrepreneurs for them to be able to analyze the problem and determine what are the possible solution and step to take in a particular zone of a problem.

the importance of analyzing case study is used to help you apply the theories you are studying. It gives you an opportunity to analyze and evaluate information and so develop a greater understanding of situations that are both complex and ambiguous. It also helps in bringing the understanding of a complex issue or object. It can extend experience or add strength to the existing knowledge through previous research.
