      Hi,
      Just enough so the sugar is warm. Anywhere between 2 - 5 minutes but do keep an eye on it so it does not melt or burn. On the lowest temperature. 😊

      Just your lowest temperature. Enough to make the icing sugar warm only.

    I just didn’t get how much water was needed for the gelatine to bloom. May I know, please?

    For storage you are saying I can put it in that foil ziplock bag then I have to keep it in the fridge for a month or freezer for 6 months? Is that correct? So I can take it out of the freezer and it can get back to it’s soft and stringy foam??

      Yes that is correct. Let it sit and get to room temperature before use after it's been frozen.😊

      Yes, but not too much. Please follow the video for the full step by step method. If you want to make a small batch first, half the ingredients used in this video.😊
      For example, I have used 500 grams of icing sugar, divide that and the rest of the ingredients by 2.😊

      No, gumpaste and sugar paste it not the same. Gumpaste is used for flowers and modelling. Sugarpaste is used for cakes.😊

      It's vegetable fat, which is basically just Trex. Melt it.

      Hi Ridwan. Just curious, did you end up trying the corn syrup or just the liquid glucose? IF you did try it, did it work for you? I know corn syrup has a little higher water content, so I'm just curious if that affected it. Thanks in advance for the help.
