It is true, I made a unicorn cake recently with a lot of details, refrigerated it overnight and took it out at room temp for 3 hours. The details made with Maco Paste did not melt, bleed nor moisten. The colors of the details actually became more vibrant after refrigerating overnight. I love using it, rain or shine, it will not let you down. This is definitely a game changer and so easy to achieve darker colors like red, black and navy blue.

Living in central Queensland Australia it is very humid and I have the usual problems with gumpaste and fondant. Tried your recipe yesterday and started making flowers today. I was very impressed. My flowers have set hard and is very easy to work with. Thank you.

I tried this. It's so good. My flowers turned out beautiful, but most of all they did not become sweaty and droopy the next day. I'm never using anything else ever again 😁 thank you so much for sharing this recipe. ❤

I tried this recipe and it is fantastic for the very humid Malaysian weather. I don't have to worry about ants and it dried in a day. Cheap and still edible, though no one etas as it is so hard.

can u add a sweetener inside like icing sugar or it would affect the result? also if its about cooking the cornstarch have u tried mixing in and cook it in the pan or in the microwave together (like a flour paste)? 💖
