@Caleb Crawford I think of him as more of a Jonnu Smith as a receiver but a Mercedes Lewis type blocker. If needing a kelce type receiving TE Washington may not be your guy, but he certainly can take a dump off pass and get you the first, plus be a weapon in the red zone. He will murder people in the run game.

I knew he had a great reputation in the league so I took it to mean he was a hire to backstop Khan because the brass didn’t have real confidence Khan could pull off the big boy role. Forget it. He's a shade more than 2020 Gronk in the metrics. He blocks, has huge catch radius, and has Gronk-like catching ability. If he's can learn the TE position at the NFL level, he can potentially be a perennial Pro Bowler. Cincy should take him at 28 if Kincaid is taken by GB at 15.
DW to the Packers please. Packers 49er type 12-personnel offense will definitely be able to make optimum use of DW. Many teams may be interested in his size etc. but may not be a good fit. Packers will definitely be a good fit. Best fit!

He'll open up so many options in our offense with his blocking skills, such as an improved running game and far less times of Burrow getting sacked. Those two points alone are worth their weight in gold, then he's also faster than Gronk to boot. He's got so much potential to be an elite TE for years to come and think the current opening in the Bengal's TE group offers the perfect opportunity to turn our TE spot into something special. Burrow, Chase, Higgins, Washington for next few years would be an amazing lineup of players to have in a single team...
I've been a saints fan since 1990 when I was ten years old, so I was a fan long before Drew Brees showed up,and watched his entire 16 year career in NOLA. I think you are going to learn that once you have a top 3 QB in the league,and AFTER you have to start paying him like one,you'll find that MOST of the draft picks,and big name free agent signings will go towards defense and along the OL. I saw it with Drew. Because the QB is so good and paid so much you have to have one go to guy (cause it's all you can afford)and then a lot role players at the skill positions. I saw it with Brees year in and year out. WR is the most expensive position after QB. You guys already have Chase,and he is your "go to guy" on top of that you got what I would call a decent to good Rb in Mixon, and a "good" ( not great) wr in Higgins. It sucks but eventually you'll have to see some people leave( that's how half the saints team wound up playing for the bengaks even they went to the superbowl)and you'll really just be sitting on your hands hoping to get a blessing at one of the skill positions in the middle to late rounds of the draft. You saw same thing with Mahomes this year,one Tyrik,or 5 role players at WR? What can you do? With a QB like Joe though you should be alright.

We did use him right, that was his role. At Georgia there is always a pass catching and a true in line guy.
