this is why my coach always taught me to scoop with the opposite hand of the kick coming. never know when that front kick is gonna come up top at the last second
@@DanielRodriguez-dt9rtI'll gladly elaborate. To say "he would get murdered in the first two minutes" is a stupid exaggeration. First, weight classes exist for a reason. Second, Muay Thai is arguably the strongest stand up MA you can have. So Lerdsila would probably give anyone his weight a very hard time standing up in MMA. But yes, inevitably he would be more easily defeated in MMA if a fighter with strong wrestling and BJJ is able to take him down. A lot of these Thai guys would probably dominate their weight classes in UFC or MMA if they took a year or 2 of some grappling and BJJ considering they've done competitive Muay Thai since they were little ass kids. True
Ya I don't think it's ever good to parry inside. Even if it's not a feint they can just throw a cross as soon as their leg lands.
just saw him in a seminar today and he taught me this in person
She does it so beautifully
a real legend
I like that he takes a lot of care with his students.
He needs them to learn well and be safe.
I like him.
oh wow his gym looks fantastic, just like a chinese elite wushu gym
All I had to see was "Lerdsila teaching...". To me that's click-bait enough for me to watch!
He was just at my gym as a guest instructor
If you see this, please teach more.
I hear future in the background
I love this faint, and often work, but I feel I don't have much power when I use it. What do I do wrooooong T_T ?
That's Kyokushin Karate's Brazilian Kick.
Ill like to see him in ufc
He would get murdered within the first two minutes
If he worked in grappling it would be cool
