      I had to stop listening to the video and decided to check a few comments before starting my n3xt activity.
      This list includes stuff I haven't gotten to yet. I see rice on here as food that is contaminated with heavy metals. That is surprising to me!
      So now I know I want to finish the video or at least that segment so I can hear his explanation on that.
      It's funny because usually when I see these lists in the comments, I think there isn't any point or need for them. Now I know better. Lol

    Thank you for this and every video you drop for us. Can you make a video on what and full day meal plan looks like from our day to day grocery store? Because I drink half the body weight in water, but then I’m full and only eat once. But I don’t know if I’m eating what my body needs for that day. Thanks again and blessing to you.

    I am finally grain free. Also, it is my understanding that high Arginine foods feed viruses! Almonds and chocolate are not only high in oxilates, but also arginine. I have stopped almonds completely and I feel so much better. I have cut back on the chocolate as well. I added L-Lysine to my diet as well.

    Dr Price your videos have helped me tremendously. I went from almost a 300 blood glucose to most days, around 100, with no meds, everyday. As long as I stick to the instructions that you’re giving for “FREE” I got this. You are AMAZING. I’m having a problem with restless leg syndrome, as I type. I’m trying to determine which B vitamin should I be taking? I never thought I could do this but I’m on my way to living a so much better life, after 30 days of no sugar, no dairy, no processed food, only organic. It’s a little more pricey but the benefits are indescribable, PERIOD. As you stated in a previous video, when you cut out all the bad foods, your taste buds seem to explode and everything is delicious. As you always say, peace and blessings to you and your family. You are helping us so much. THANK YOU AGAIN. You are the BEST‼️❤❤❤ Oh and I’ve also lost about 15LBS 😊 It’s only 15 because I’m not able to exercise because of a degenerative disc. It’s actually feeling better, as well.

    I don't eat wheat anything. What about Whole Grains or Multi Grains?? Please tell me you are not talking about Stevia. I know aspartame is in most all drinks that are zero sugars. I don't drink any kind of juice. Thanks for a wonderful video Dr. Price.

    When you mentioned the synthetic sugars you mentioned juice products that say they have 2% juice. How about juices like Welch and juices made by Apple & Eve, that say they have 100% juice?
    These juices are concentrated I believe and have a couple of ingredients added like the citric acid and some of them have added natural flavors but these juices are not heavily processed at least as far as I think.
    My father buys these cranberry juices from Apple & Eve. They come in different varieties. Different blends of juices but the products say they contain 100% juice.
    Would you tell my dad to stop buying those or those are ok?

    Dang seems like I gotta get rid of meat period. I used to eat meat then I stop for six years and only eating fish and with the heavy metal and mercury, I may have to cut that out my diet. I already knew this info but hearing someone reiterate it, it’s like oh boy lol, gotta stop these unhealthy habits. Omg I’m gonna starve 😩😂.
    Also I suffer from depression but refused to take antidepressants, got Zoloft and have never taken it. I notice that I’ve been purchasing roche chocolate and just eating like five everyday and it has been helping me to feel more happier, any thoughts on that? I do know chocolate is like a mood stimulant but is that even healthy that I’m eating that much roche, I would assume no, would you recommend dietary supplements.

    I have a gluten sensitivity and one of my symptoms is actually depression when i eat gluten 😂 usually the next day or so. Once I noticed that trend it definitely helped me start staying away from it more. Before i would know it affected me couldnt pinpoint how so i would limit it but still eat it and just write it down, thats how i saw the trend

    Basically take probiotics and prebiotic to clean your gut. All these items he has named not to eat is mainly impossible, if not these foods what do we eat. Eat foods in moderation and exercise and get hydration and sleep that's . Take your supplements if deficient. All these people saying don't eat this or that. Do what works for your body

    I most definitely enjoy all your videos, thank you for the time and the knowledgeable information that you put into them.
    I have Question… Organic Limes, they are supposed to have seeds in them correct? The reason I ask is because my Walmart were out of keylimes, and I told myself, the next best thing should be Organic Limes but these had no seeds. Was I right for not using it in my burdock tea? Or is Organic Limes safe, and I was just paranoid?
    Oh, and one more thing… Where did you get alllllll those miniature books from? I peeped your library behind you, and I said to myself… Dr Price books little af 😂😂… where did he find all them little books??? They are the sizes of CD cases and you have sooooo many… one day can you talk about them? 😮😉💚🙌🏽
