- At Chesman Motorsport we provide total satisfaction with all of our work. This video is just a small clip to show some of the work we do on V8 engines. In this video the V8 cylinder block is being fitted with top hat liners, it shows a small insight into the procedures throughout the job.

Nice work, it's good to see that you do not put a huge chamfer at the top of each bore in the same way the Rover seemed to do with the result that half of the head gasket fire rings are left floating about uncompressed!
looks lovely. I have a couple of q's. I didn't see you keeping the liners clamped down after insertion? Apparently they can get push up as things cool down and go unnoticed after decking. Then when engine is running the flanged liner drops down a few thou into the 'rebate' (In fact I have seen 1 engine first hand where this has happened). also, what interference fit are you using? I heard when using flanged liners one needs next to no interference fit, which would be ideal seeing that it minimises risk of block warping?
this is good work, i have a posible slipped liner, and need to know how much to top hat my block..

Cool work but my concern is your putting tons of force via press while holding the block up via the main tunnel journals. Honestly that's not good
