Believe me. You all work hard ALL YEAR LONG. It’s called you can never do enough with farming. You all did great and worked hard. That’s why I love watching this channel, you have fun..and laugh. Best stuff ever. We love watching your channel. Did you purchase the Tend Skin yet? It’s great stuff. I LOVE CRAZY TOWN!!
Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and enjoyable. Go time is here it sounds like. Go get em guys. Dust will be flying now. Trust the planter is ready after you said it needed computer work so the tractor and planter could talk to one another. Think you said the files needed to be rebuilt. You will need your planter soon. Always last minute maintenance items to do. Keeps you busy getting ready to go. Thanks for the video. Thanks for everything Chet. Take care and be safe. The Iowa Farm Boy. Steve.
Crazy how the weather has been, i have been praying for all you farmer's that ya get profitable weather this year, and massive crops. I hate bird crap, it eats the paint off your vehicle's, just washed my car yesterday because i got bombed going into town. G-d bless y'all.
Spring planting is a lot like having your first child... You're never ready, but when the time comes, everything works out. Thanks for sharing your lives with us.
You will catch up late starts suck in every thing but you’ll get her god bless praying for a good year with honest work and good return stay safe and get some sleep if you can. God blessed you all with a beautiful crew great people and then there’s mom god bless mom
😎 When Dougo came rolling past in the "blacked-out" side by side, reminded me of a day back when I drove truck for the Teamsters and I pulled into a massive Caterpillar assembly plant while they were on strike. Only certain trucks were allowed to enter..... It was "business time". 👍
Brodie the door issue is with the lower fender attached to the body. I identified the same issue with my Impala. Solution- added sheet metal to the body and to the fender to position the fender in the correct location. The other option-buy a fender and replace the rusted out one. Will require painting to match the car. The sheet metal was the simplest for me for a quick bandaid for a car with 220,000 miles. Good luck
This works on all my heavy equipment. Sometimes you have to do it twice. Get yourself a propane, torch, and stretch out and stand back when you ignite it.
Awesome video guys. Enjoyed the look on Brody's face when you showed him the trailer rims. Then him changing the tire on his car. Still say that before him and Erik gets rid of those cars their either going to play demolition derby with them or something crazy to where they'll be lucky to even get scrap price for them. 🚜🚜🚜
It feels the same every year. You don't feel like your ready and then you start and then it's just big days until it's done. Most of us go through it too.
That can't be just the noise from the camera at 1:04 but I would bet an I hope iam wrong but that tractor has to have bad injectors or its about to throw a rod better ck it out that's sounding pretty bad
Time to take on a couole of extra farms, for more cold storage. Starting to look field ready. We are waiting for more play by play from Chet. Hope your crop is a record year.
@@elizabethliska5377 then they could have planted a ton more corn if they finished before May 18. Really,No reason for black beans. That is least profitable of their crops. Corn is most profitable, the soy beans, then black beans. But since they didn't plant as much corn as they wanted to last year, they wouldn't have needed to plant as many beans this year. I was 5th gen cash crop farmer. If only I was 6th gen like chet I would have stayed in farming. But 6k acres in the 80s was bad news.
Don't feel bad Brody. Almost every new car is plastic and beer cans. I have 3 p/ups all most steel. 1998, 2011, and 2015. Silverado, sierra, silverado in that order. 98 has 244,000 mi. Orig paint in very good condition, floormats w/GM logo cloth seats in primo cond.. All k1500 4x4s.currently camping (5.17.23) in the high desert of Oregon. Two track trail ride entire weekend pulling off road camper. At 78 to old for ground or rooftop camping, so R Pod 180 glamper for me!
Looks like Larson Farms is finally beginning their planting season after a long hard winter od maintenance, upgrades and other tasks farmers do when it's blowing snow outside. I actually love watching planting being done. Chet, Brody, Big Swede and of course Duogo are a hoot to watch. Good crew, good entertainment.
Or live in gf. My truck was business vehicle, accountant told me I needed personal vehicle. GF took the brand new car. WTF. Thankfully she got kicked to curb.
Awesome video chet You Dougo/Eric/Broodie are an amazing team you all work so hard and i love the way you explain everything your doing added bonus you all have a laugh which makes the videos so enjoyable to watch The A TEAM are READY TO Go PLANTING GOD BLESS Best wishes from Ireland 🇨🇮
IDK if this would work on a big tire but i've done it on a lawn mower tire before. wrap a ratchet strap around the center of the tire and start tightening it, this pushes the bead closer to the rim, then pump some air in, let the pressure off the strap. finish Filling!
Usually you only blow the bed beed of the tire so you just reinflate. Sometimes the rim goes, but that's really rare, usually the bad one is the bearing goes. So no point in having a spare tire. But the concrete pad is good idea. Yet 95% of farmers refuse to spend the money. Heck our buildings have dirt floors for the most part. To cheap for gravel, much less concrete. Only the shop has concrete.
Good luck on those Dayton wheels. I have seen metal straps welded on both sides of the valve stem holes to keep them from spinning and taking out your valve stems, possibly get some new longer lugs. Hope they last the season for you , butthe only real fix fix is new ones once they start spinning
Ha, you say 50 with space saver . I’d a guy that over took me yesterday doing over a 100km with space saver on the front on a twisty windy country road in Ireland and disappeared into the distance. I was expecting to find in the ditch further up the road . Some guys have no sense 🤔🤗
That green tractor sounds just like a truck problem I had. Bad set of injectors. It ended up being a couple and not all of the injectors. Swapped out and ran perfect. Not sure about green machines though
Loved that style of field cultivator but only problem we had was the selinoides that controlled the depth of individual gangs. One goes out , it messes them all up. Maybe just me but the worst thing about it. But when it worked it was the best. Another thing was once you hooked it up, talking hyd fittings and started working without kicking back out, don't EVER unhook till you're done for season. Dougo running around on gator making sure that everything going his way! The boss. We finished up may 4th now can enjoy watching you guys .
Use a high standard Tone like 210.7 Hz almost bass Drum high- nobody has that high anymore. We went through hell getting old school tone modules that high.
Good luck Larson Farms planting your 2023 crops
Great video Chet Dougo Big Swede and Brody

Yes and just like having a child,, it also costs suitcases full of money.
... and best of luck with your new baby or future farmer depending on how you look at things ... grow on ...
C'mon Chet get an Impala? Got to be matching though
This crew has fun & gets the work done!
Crazy = fun video
Excellent group of farmers working together to feed all of us.
Thank you!

Tell Chet for just three guys u get a heck of a lot done! Dougo is definitely blessed to have u guys god bless !
thank you
Chet Dougo Eric Broodie great video great explanations and great break downs so let's start over tomorrow 😊
😎 When Dougo came rolling past in the "blacked-out" side by side, reminded me of a day back when I drove truck for the Teamsters and I pulled into a massive Caterpillar assembly plant while they were on strike. Only certain trucks were allowed to enter..... It was "business time". 👍
Good show
a dustless Polaris ranger, thats a good one ha ha ha ha. mine has dust inside unless you run the blower fan with the windows up, no fan = dust!
Bring on the planting videos. Want to see how the spray trailer works out.
I enjoy all the thing you get and do

Always so much to do...never a dull moment...hammer down boys...

Eric is the kind of guy you leave alone until shtf.
Congratulations to the family!
TEAM LARSON GETTING THE JOB DONE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sometimes days are like that Chet. But you guys did awesome. Cool video 👍❤️❤️❤️
Fun times
Be safe ! Stay safe! Luv ya Boys! You to Miss Amy! Lol
Use Ether then the compressor. Careful with the Ether, you can burst the tire and get hurt. 7:05
It's so sweet to see videos daily. Now can you do two a day.
Brody looking at that trailer tire like he wanted to just go home.
where you are really modern. where I usually do it manually. Thank you for showing me a meaningful video.

Fun fun fun again boys
Congratulations Chet. You deserve to be happy.
That Deere in video sounds like it’s knocking and not feeling good. Glad y’all getting it!
Nice farm. Really clean.
Good stuff fun and work keep up the good work
Sometimes you can use a couple of ratchet straps around the tire to close up the beed before you hit it with air to save your pumper
Hope to see Dougo using that rock picker
If Doug still has dead fish problems, maybe a rock picker would work.
Thanks a lot I really enjoy the video

That can't be just the noise from the camera at 1:04 but I would bet an I hope iam wrong but that tractor has to have bad injectors or its about to throw a rod better ck it out that's sounding pretty bad
Chet said it needs injectors when they first got that tractor
Sounds like the Deeres kicking
Time to take on a couole of extra farms, for more cold storage. Starting to look field ready. We are waiting for more play by play from Chet. Hope your crop is a record year.
In real life they are done now. They were just doing the last few fields of black beans a few days ago.
Appreciate the info, FRIEND. It greatly helps organize my mind 😀

Great video Chet👍👍👍👍👍👍
Glad that everyone in the upper Midwest is having the same spring😂
That deere sounds like a bag of bolts
It sounds like opportunity knocking!
I’m a Deere guy but damn she sounds baaaaad😮
She sounds like an expensive engine rebuild….
Love seeing all the extra videos! Good work!
Big Swede must be supervising folks, with that moostache and all.
When craziness is going on its nice to have someone with a calm demeanor like Erik

You need a concrete hardstanding for all your equipment, and maybe a spare tyre or two.
Usually you only blow the bed beed of the tire so you just reinflate.

I may have missed it but compressor did you end up with.
Magnifique les tracteur cassé à chenille et les john deere à chenille et les dechomer et les camions et les remorque et le buggy avec GPS guidage 😮😂😊

I have I had a few spring starts like that Chet.
Very very nerve racking.
You guys are pumped!
Awesome content get them coming

Tis Plantin' season.
Zipper rips are caused by being run with low pressure. Check your tires regularly.
Summer is about a month away and the warmer weather looks like it still doesn't want to budge. I guess that's western Minnesota for you.
They are atleast 3 weeks behind in videos.
Chet does the editing so he can only do so much.
Especially when to edit each video is 4 to 8 hours.
That green tractor sounds just like a truck problem I had. Bad set of injectors. It ended up being a couple and not all of the injectors. Swapped out and ran perfect. Not sure about green machines though
Brody's Body & Fender Works!
"When it's not the Best, I make it look, Not the Best!"
LOVE YOUR VIDS DONT YA KNOW😁😆😅😂AND I ALWAYS LIKE THEM WITH THE BUTTON
We need these planting videos
What date did the first corn go in the ground?

Need to replace them old Dayton hubs with Budd hubbs. Lot Safer all around.
whose challenger parked back there?
the wheel on trailer.. this is why everyone is getting rid of the spiders and going to full rims then you don't have the issue you had
Use a high standard Tone like 210.7 Hz almost bass Drum high- nobody has that high anymore. We went through hell getting old school tone modules that high.
We have people who put doughnut spares on all 4 corners. Funny to see them at local you pick it junkyard with wheelbarrow full of doughnut spares LOL
Who’s ever reading this I hope that you have a great day.❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Bodie get 3 more spares there solid! I drove on a set for two years!!!
for al the time you spend filling water you would think you would set up a large tower catch rain and pump well so u can fill 3 trailers ;)
I know things may seam overwhelming. Please be careful 😊
Man, I'm a Deere fan but that thing sounded like a bag of hammers on start up. Hope it holds together for you. Send it chet.
I thought I was the only one thinking that. I believe this is the one they're having injector issues
Sounds like my dad's 4620 before the crank completely snapped ,back in 1970s
Hey Chet do you have a code for May wes ? Have to see if they ship to Canada
Like the Impala content 🤣🤣🤣
