Coming from a mexican american man that grew up eating grandma’s Sunday breakfast, you made the huevos rancheros look soooo good! Grandma would approve
@@supersebas100 This dish varies a lot across Mexico where come from it's always served on a fried corn tortilla topped with refried bean an easy over egg topped with salsa and queso fresco and when I went to the north it was just a plate with eggs and chori papa served with soft tortillas.
I'll admit, I do like pancakes for breakfast, but I'm more keen on biscuit's and gravy for breakfast with bacon, hashbrowns and either scrambled eggs or eggs over medium (depends on my mood when I cook).
@@Figs3 Well made gravy shouldn't be very heavy. I grew up at my mom's elbow in the kitchen so I learned at a young age how to make breakfast (just got through eating breakfast as I'm typing this, but a simple one since I don't have the stuff to make biscuits).

@@Veldrusara You can do a google search for black pudding and find American sellers of British products. I have bought from Parkers and the British Pie company in the past before the coof hit. I don't think Parkers survived as their site is out of everything. You can still go see the items they carried. The British Pie Company is currently changing to a new site. If you want it bad enough, you can get it! Well worth it, I love black or white pudding, haggis and all the British sausages. Can't beat some bangers and mash with brown gravy with some peas!

I recently made my own French-style cultured butter and it was super fun and tasty! I made steak and eggs for dinner and me and my girlfriend couldn’t take it down that night so I saved up the leftovers to have them for breakfast the next morning and it was an absolutely amazing breakfast. I had a ton of energy and I felt amazing.

I dont know if hes explained it in a previous video but garlic seasoning is kinda like concentrated garlic extract, there is a lot more flavour so its much better to use as a rub

Im sure Guga's breakfast was good but you just can't beat a Mexican breakfast. That meal especially the one in this video was balanced and hit dam near every flavor profile you might be craving at the moment.
I had completely given up on huevos rancheros, because all I’d ever gotten was scrambled eggs with salsa on top (including in Mexico and the American Southwest). Guga’s version is something I would love, and I’m definitely going to try it!
a full spread Brazilian breakfast would include pão francês (a kind of bread roll), butter, sliced cheese and ham, pão de queijo ("cheese bread"), fubá cake (cake made from very thin corn flour), orange juice, black coffee and milk. If you want to see an over the top version, search for "café colonial".
In Brazil, the most important meal is the Lunch so we don't eat a lot for breakfast. Normally we only eat some bread with butter and coffee, maybe a cheese and ham sandwich , pão de queijo and juice or coffee

The breakfast my Country(house) is left over beef tenderloin cubed and scrambled eggs with American cheese, green peppers, onions, fresh minced garlic, fresh basil from my basil plant, mumushrooms and diced leftover baked potato fried to crispy golden goodness. Also fresh basil and garlic in the taters as well. The pepper, onion, mushroom mix goes over everything with the cheese melted on top of that. Finished with flakey salt, fresh ground pepper and whatever hot sauce I'm using that day. Always a winner breakfast!
I've traveled to many countries and the one country that stands out with its breakfast, by a long mile, is Morocco. Specifically a dish called "beid bil khlii" - eggs cooked with preserved beef in claypot tagine. I could have it everyday and would be the happiest man alive.
My uncle and i always called McDonald's hash browns "the grease sponge". Your thin hash browns look much better! Because the best part is the crispy part, so you're just maximizing the crispy.
My favorite breakfasts: Southern style - Omlet (2 eggs, American cheese, tomatoes, ham, sausage, and/or bacon) or steak & eggs (scrambled with cheese on top), along with biscuits and gravy, roasted potatoes, and some baked apples or fresh fruit. or Quick & portable Mexican style breakfast burritos - Scrambled eggs, bacon and/or sausage, cubed potatoes, cheese, refried beans (optional) and some salsa all on a toasted flour tortilla. Cook the meat & set aside. Cook the potatoes & set aside. Make the beans. Scramble the eggs, and just before they're done add the meat & potatoes to the eggs. Toast the tortilla, and make your burritos! Pancakes are good. French toast is tasty, and waffles are ok, but nothing beats biscuits & gravy for breakfast!

eggs.. i always separate the egg yolk from the rest, wash it well untill the yolk is clean, ripp the yolk skin, let it drip in a small bowl, throw away the yolk skin, so in the bowl i ad total of 2 yolk contents, equal volume of butter, and bit of salt, put the contents in a small pan.. or if you have a electric metal stove , put the bowl on it, and set the low-est setting it woll be ok. or use like a real small pan, anyway , put it on low low heat just to melt the butter, wisking , and dont let the yolk harden, its delicious with simply bread.
I just realized the Chorizo sauce you made at 5:00 is basically exactly the same as what we call Lecsó in Hungary. Only it's made with whole sliced up sausages and usually different peppers here. Oh and ours is lardier because we tend to put bacon in it first, it's definitely not a typical 'breakfast food'.
I live in the South, USA and we always have steak & eggs for breakfast. When we grill or even eating out, we make/order extra steak for the morning. With a runny egg and some toast. Oh my word, it's heaven.
Sometimes I miss having family gatherings. My family doesn't tolerate each other so it's kinda lonely sometimes. Love what you have going on over there! :D
For the hashbrowns... try it out to bake them in butter instead of oil... since it's medium and low heat, the butter won't burn... but it'll add the delicious taste one is used to when using butter :)
Watching this while eating breakfast, what I would like to watch while eating breakfast (lunch or dinner) would be you dry aging a steak in garlic and rosemary with a butter binder.

In the Guga breakfast, i suggest cooking the steak, and THEN cooking the egg portion while the steak rests. This way the egg stays warm.

A little tip for cooking the eggs, cook the bacon in a pan and use the bacon grease to cook the eggs. Its absolutely amazing.

I'm the opposite. If I don't have good heavy food in my stomach giving me energy for the day, then the day is pretty much ruined.

HEY GUGA!!! DO A GUGA VERSION OF SAUASGE COUNTRY GRAVY AND BISCUITS AND EGGS.... PLEASE.... ID LOVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU DO....
eggs.. i always separate the egg yolk from the rest, wash it well untill the yolk is clean, ripp the yolk skin, let it drip in a small bowl, throw away the yolk skin, so in the bowl i ad total of 2 yolk contents, equal volume of butter, and bit of salt, put the contents in a small pan.. or if you have a electric metal stove , put the bowl on it, and set the low-est setting it woll be ok.
or use like a real small pan, anyway , put it on low low heat just to melt the butter, wisking , and dont let the yolk harden,
its delicious with simply bread.
I just realized the Chorizo sauce you made at 5:00 is basically exactly the same as what we call Lecsó in Hungary.
Only it's made with whole sliced up sausages and usually different peppers here.
Oh and ours is lardier because we tend to put bacon in it first, it's definitely not a typical 'breakfast food'.
Guga I would love to see more breakfasts from other countries. 😊

I live in the South, USA and we always have steak & eggs for breakfast. When we grill or even eating out, we make/order extra steak for the morning. With a runny egg and some toast. Oh my word, it's heaven.
Sometimes I miss having family gatherings. My family doesn't tolerate each other so it's kinda lonely sometimes. Love what you have going on over there! :D

You can't hardly beat the flavors of a Mexican breakfast. Love Chorizo!
For the hashbrowns... try it out to bake them in butter instead of oil... since it's medium and low heat, the butter won't burn... but it'll add the delicious taste one is used to when using butter :)

Watching this while eating breakfast, what I would like to watch while eating breakfast (lunch or dinner) would be you dry aging a steak in garlic and rosemary with a butter binder.
