I dunno , Frenchie has a gift of making you chuckle every time he is on screen. What an amazing duo.
He’s literally on a plaque in the background he has to go back into between shoots
"You don't need to mention the four decades."
I break in laughs the moment he said that, what wit!
@@ThatchNetherfoldhe really doesnt look old enough for that. I guess good food keep you young
@@FINsoininenhe’s mentioned that his dad was a chef too so it’s very possible that he started in his early teens
💯 agreed!!
I like how chef Brian made fried rice to get a certain uncle to watch as well
hiiyyyaaaa why so desperate for attention... 🤣🤣
let’s be honest that rice would 100% get a “fuiyooo”
Uncle Roger would say “ he fucked up”
@@rushrule1
Maybe tell us: why he would?
@@lake258
Why „desperate”? Making eggfried-rice is symptome of desperation? Hiiyyaaa… i conclude that all theese eastern societies are full of desperation 😂
Chef Paul and Chef Brian could legitimately have 5 plus million subs. They’re are too entertaining and two world class chefs.
Chef Paul is good.
Chef Brian is just a tiktok class chef...bell pepper in egg fried rice is unbelievable
@@watchouchouch, not true
honestly, kinda sad how little guga has had to do with them in the 2 videos they've made with him so far. im sure they spoke plenty off camera, but guga isn't showing his usual energy when he has a guest.
@@watchouch hahaha, yeah no. chef brian was the season 1 winner of beating bobby flay. hes no joke
@@j_delay4691 to me it is true
I love the chemistry between Guga, Brian, and Frenchie. They complement each other so well and they’re all phenomenally talented.
Please have them back Guga!
They should cook for the sumos part 2!
Frenchie should start a cooking channel. Absolutely amazing in front of the camera!
It would actually be great if Brian and Frenchie did more cooking on their (well, Brian's) channel.
He must be super busy in his restaurant tho
Brian only made egg fried rice to bait Uncle Roger, I'm sensing it.
And that being said, I was never interested in visiting New York or the US in general. But the idea of visiting Le Rivage and getting tasty food made by Frenchy makes me wanna embark on a good old voyage fromt he old world to the new.
Uncle Roger already collaborated with them.
Guga is every steak "connoisseur's" final boss, you gotta bring all the health potions... well, definitely bring buttloads of salt, pepper and garlic poooowder
Then take it outside and put it on the griiiiiiiill
don't forget the butter!
@@raizen82
Butter is not necessary when you have beautifull Wagyu.
Also, taggin-about thaaa, we be sure to season on BOTH sides, because as now that enough talking, so let’s DEW iiiiiit!!
That's why brian lost, he didn't use garlic powder 😂
Chef Brian and Chef Paul "Frenchie" must be one of the best appearences in foodie youtube
Frenchie and Brian really have that big japanese manzai comedian energy when they're in the same room
Watching this video is a real deal reminder that the cooking community doesn't have to always be aggressive and competitive this is proof that it can be a loving family very heart felt and warm ❤️
Guga/Brian/Frenchie is just among the greatest dynamics on the platform
The fact Brian had a bag and can of peas ready to torment Frenchie 😂😂😂😂
"Leo and Angel are on vacations today" dude Angel literally laughing there when chef Brian eating the peas lmao
Maybe is a fake Angel
Was gonna say something but just checked if anyone else mentioned it first. 😂
he actually is in the video
I mean Guga is his uncle. So maybe he wasn't working
Maybe they're in reserved for Guga's experiments, not the good stuff.
its lovely how Frenchie wants to keep it simple but actually does them quite fancy
Yeah the mashed potato is definitely not how a normal person cooks it on a daily basis, nobody will bring out the mixer knowing they will have to clean it over a mashed potato. Fork mash it is for me :)))
@UncleJay69 not true, I grew up with my mom using a mixer and I use a mixer now
Yeah I don’t get not using a mixer. You’re going to spend less time cleaning it than the time it takes to whip your potatoes by hand(and it does it better)
@@defrance2728 Yeah as long as you pour some water in it and don't let it dry it's like a 20 second job cleaning it out.
@UncleJay69 I always use the food mill for mashed potatoes. Some softened cream cheese, cream, Chives and plenty of s&p
I am with frenchie on this one. Mashed potatoes with a nice steak and a creamy sauce, man. That made me hungry af.
Only thing that would make the mashed potato better is if it were mixed with some cheese store bought block (wanna splurge get the fancier cheeses) like Edam cheese or cheddar.
both dishes looked super good but I definitely have to give it to frenchie as well. meat and potatos a classic for a reason.
@@xyreniaofcthrayn1195 I feel like cheese in mashed potatoes is a bit of an American thing. Living in Europe and eating mashed potatoes in various European countries, I've never had them made with cheese. And since he was making a French recipe, it makes sense he kept it simple with potatoes and butter.
@@panvlk nah not an American thing more personal preference of the chef's (usually mommy dearest) home cooked meal. Also the cheese helps give some flavour to the mashed potato other than the salt and or pepper.
Not to mention that the other option is a super boring version of fired rice.
I'm so happy for Frenchie, he's been wanting to be on the show for so long. Good on him.
I'm so going to try Frenchy's recipe. That looks incredible! And I really need to get better with my French cooking anyways! I'm going to give that a try!
Chef Brian and Chef Paul killed it in this video! Their dishes were both amazing! I’m so jealous of Guga and his tasting staff. I really enjoyed this collaboration video and hope to see more.❤
Frenchie understood the assignment.
More Frenchie and Brian, I hope they're main-stays.
Frenchie is amazing! His chemistry with Chef Brian is on point, and it's addictive watching them on screen together. Guga, did Frenchie immediately hug you when he saw you?
Brian trolling Frenchie with the peas is gold.
I smiled the whole time watching this ,the boys are wholesome together!
Fantastic content! I love watching the three of you collab. Frenchie's really finding his on-camera stride. I'd love to see more of Brian and Frenchie in the kitchen as their dishes looked incredible. Really cool fusion ideas from Brian (that confit looks insane) and Frenchie's dish basically looked like the most mouth-watering version of a steak and mashed potatoes I could imagine.
Love this channel with everyone!!! Changes the dynamic a lot and love the guests that come in and throw down💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
I love watching my youtubers collab. What u really love is seeing them have such a great time together. Love watching frenchie and Brian collab with guga!
Frenchie has perfect technique. That’s hard to beat.
Loved hearing Chef Paul mention the KISS method, it applies to almost everything in life!
I demand the bear hugs that frenchie and brian promised in their latest video hahahaha
I always love seeing a guga upload in my sub box, I have learnt so much about steaks and food in general from this channel.
Thank you so much for this colab. I love both channels so much. This made my morning.
this was fun to watch! You should have more of these collab videos!
its hilarious how brian literally kept frenchie repellant next to his cooking station 🤣
it feels so weird this is not in your main channel. great cooking from the chefs
This was amazing. Watching them cook was so entertaining, the chemistry between evereybody here is so great. I hope this becomes a regular things
This is the video everyone needed but didn't know about! Perfect combination of chefs!.
I love Chef Brian and Frenchie, easily one of the most entertaining duos on TH-cam
Le Rivage has the best burger I have ever tasted. FRENCH ONION SOUP BURGER. When ever I'm in NYC I have to stop to get one. Thank you Chef Paul
Enjoying seeing you collab with Chefs Brian and Frenchy.
That was an amazing collab! So glad that Frenchie met Guga!
Honestly, both those dishes are simple with easy ingredients. I find Brian's dish is one I'd more easily be able to make personally :)
Because he used expensive steak that already came with foolproof.
@@mikemcklieve I mean, even without using a kickass steak XD I like fried rice a lot XD
I could never imagine only using the rib cap and not the whole steak. As soon as i have a ribeye in my hands it goes right on the grill.
Bro this is an amazing combo of people there. Keep it coming!
I'm so glad to see more interactions. I love this episode. Thanks!
Finally it happened! Just legends. Love it and the triumvirate! You guys rock❤
This was a great colab. So much fun to watch. I love Brian and Frenchy. They are really skilled and fun people to learn about cooking from their videos. Guga and your team, amazing job as usual.
Really really enjoyed this video three great guys.. thanks Guga!
love the videos guys keep em comin!
absolute fantastic video. luv this!
Ive made a version of that fried rice and steak before and omg, its always such a great unexpected combo.
Def agree with being able to eat a version of that every day.
Been waiting forver for some banger collabs with these gents
One thing that I will say is that you can make Brian's dish at home with cheaper and readily available things like oil instead of tallow. You can make a bunch of the scallion oil and put it in the refrigerator or freezer for a long time safely. I recommend it because it will take your leftovers and meal prep to new levels.
Always love these videos, makes me hungry every time 👍🏻
Two great guys visiting you right there. You three are perfect together. I'M DROOLING HERE.......!!!
I learned so much from this one episode of cooking that its driving me nuts. Thanks @Guga
I think this is the first time I've seen Frenchie cook! And boy, I had an inkling he was gonna take it. Just beautiful technique and yes, easy to make. Another fantastic vid.
Both dishes look delicious.
Also I do chuckle at the rection peas stir in some. They're so innocuous to me!
Could be trauma, in some French recipes you literally have to peel every single pea. Just imagine, it's like having to take the seeds off of strawberries or doing nothing but peeling potatoes for 10 hours.
Yesssss this was what I needed.❤
So glad to see these two guys on your channel again.
Waited for this for a while now! What up Brian & Frenchie! 🍻
So glad to see this collab actually happened! Also because you're Guga, you'll get a pass on the clickbait title.
I knew whose dish was who’s before watching the vid. I haven’t seen the ending, but I have a lot of respect for Frenchie, watching him cook with simple ingredients and having faith that his dish will be delicious with simple ingredients AND techniques. I like this guy
Edit: I just had that feeling. 4 decades in the business will do that. Very happy for him.
OMG, my favourite 3 chefs/content creators! Hell yeah
Love these guys! Hope they will be back in more videos soon.
both dishes look superb!
Love the combo of them
nice to finally see Frenchie cook! but damn Chef Brian really trying to go for that "Uncle" title with that fried rice lol
What a mouthwatering episode 🤤👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
What is it with Guga...dude has better programming than any food network show...quality guests and real cooking. Keep up the good work sir.
Love the collabs lately. Especially with Chef Frenchie.
I need someone to look at me the same way Frenchie looks at Guga
Great episode with both guest chef's.
I just saw the THUMBNAIL and just knew this was going to be great!!!!
Amazing Colab! 😂 Loved it. Food is truly the best universal language
I remember Chef Bryan saying their relationship is like a marriage. I really see it now 😂😂😂
I'm glad Frenchie finally got to meet Guga. Great video!
Yesssssssss I love this trio
Love to see chef Brian and Frenchie
Frenchie's a natural on screen! Great collabs with two great chefs!
Simple man? Meat + potato? Asmon, is that you? 😂
Happy to see this colab🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I love how Brian casually takes somethin while looking menacingly in the backround at 1:47 😂
Great Trio. Need more
The dish Frenchie made looked and i am sure tasted amazing but hard for me to ever pass up a well done egg fried rice
What an awesome battle & yes Guga your steak is top-notch delicious.
All three nice guys. Both meals look delicious!
2 Seriously, top-notch dishes. Very inspiring boys.
Nice got here Very early for a another great guga video
the background season grabbing got me rolling for some reason🤣🤣🤣
Wow both look amazing !
Can never go wrong with steak and mashed potatoes.
Put some peas in it.😅
Frenchie didn’t need to judge Brian’s dish. The fact he sat there with a spoon in hand just waiting for guga to stop talking so he could chow down some more says it all
Those look amazing. Frenchie is a monster! Chef Brian's looks exquisite wow
LOVE FRENCHIE!!! I wish i can go to USA to his restorant. And also to Brians as well
Where’s Mamao been at ?!?!? Miss him . Also wish these guys can be on regularly ! Love them. Both meals looked great , but the Steak and potatoes seemed to be most simplest.
Love the ribeye cap. Both of those dishes looked great, and the chefs were funny. I'm stealing that chimichurri recipe.
I live Frenchie and love seeing him finally cooking. The man isn't just super fun but a damn great chef! Not taking away anything from Chef Brian and Guga, i love them all. This video is epic.
Both looks amazing! Cant believe you gave them numbers. lol 1st 2nd...... I would assume without eating both are 1st place! Love the Guga! And TY
Oh man, I want to eat both of their dishes. My stomach is growling.
Hi. @2:21 I have a little "Uncel Roger"-Tingel right now........
I am proud that your Sponoser uses high-carbon steel from Germany to produce these great knives.
From Germany with Love 😀
Interesting to see different styles by any means no style is bad. I wish I got the chance to taste both dishes as well as Guga's of course- France (Paul) vs. Korea (Brian) vs. Brazil (Guga). Yes I know Guga didn't cook this episode but we see his style every other episode the Brazilian way which seems awesome!
