I've watched Guga for years. This video is spectacular and really kicks things into high gear. When he deep fried the chicken in bone marrow it was like a season finale in your favourite show. The payoff was huge!
What I love about you Guga is that you don't half-ass your creations. You take it to the next level, and you do it properly although there is no standard for the proper way. You set the standard. I would love to try one of your creations one day.
Not Angel teasing Leo's "Zing! 💪" 😂 I enjoyed that it felt like there was a little more of Angel's commentary in this video! His palette is amazing and everything he says is gold.
I did too! I thought maybe he would make the steak a real POWDER and mix it in with the flour the way they mix spices into the flour for fried chicken.
Steak floss! Meat floss is actually already a thing and there are variations across different cultures. It keeps well, travels well and is a flavor bomb and adds a fun texture and decorative element.
Sweet God, the amount of work and dedication that went into the creation of these masterpieces speaks to Guga's legendary status as a Chef. The red bun, so perfectly round... The use of bone marrow all throughout, even in FRYING. This is the one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever seen.
Wow. These videos truly get better and better. At this point I don’t know how you don’t run out of ideas. You and your team are absolutely knocking it out of the park. In terms of consistency this channel was my channel of the year. Happy holidays to everyone reading this and to the Guga team ❤
Everytime i watch an experiments like these, i always wish to be devouring one of these with my appetite triggering. Love your videos guga, keep it up!
This is actually insane! 🤣🤣🤣 I once basically did this to make dehydrated beef for smash burgers and never once thought to try this with chicken. The MARROW levels though Guga! Was it half a cow skeleton for this video?!
Guga your stake dusts looks really similar to machaca👌🏼(which is kind of Mexican pulverized jerky, usually consumed in northern states of Mexico). Would be awesome if you male some experiment with it 👌🏼👌🏼
Hi guys, I’ve been watching daily for a few years now, starting obviously with SVE and I have to say the videography and editing is now first class (of course the cooking too!) ITS AMAAAZING EVERYBODY 🤩
Angel is like a bloodhound, also this is one of the most brilliant Guga concoctions so far. Bone marrow mayo, cheese sauce reaux and hamburger buns - brilliant
I love that, compared to other channels, Guga gives us more than we asked for in a video concept. He goes every little direction that might make the video better, even if the return on investment is negligible.
Hey Guga! I want to eat my computer screen, OMG it looks soooo gooood! Thank you for sharing your secrets as it is nice to have my family moaning when eating my food (inspired by you) but OMG I wish I could be one of your lucky nephews to eat actual Guga's yumminess! Thank you for constantly inspiring us with this incredible foods!
Is a freeze dried steak just as good as a regular one? Should you freeze dry it before or after cooking? Seems like a really nice thing to take on the trail with you.
The steak dust is actually called meat floss, and has a lot of variety like chicken, pork, beef, and fish, and it is very common in Asian food, I had been eating it since I was a little kid.
The description guy (Leo) never let us down for a really good explanation for the taste of Guga food. It always makes me hungry every time I hear his exclusive explanation 😅
Just to add context, the Buttermilk Guga used would've expired 16 days ago. So he makes these videos in advance. Appreciate all the time and work that goes into making these, Guga. Food looks awesome
This video really takes a turn at 5:40. Gugas tone gets aggressive when he says "I told you I'm gonna make this chicken taste like steak" and those creepy pads come in stronger XD
Everytime the "next" bone-marrow based product dropped, my jaw widened until at the mayo it completely dropped. One of craziest things you've ever done. I's saw off my left pinky toe with a rusty blade to get a bite 😅
I tried making compound butter for the very first time after watching Guga make some. I used bone marrow oil, salt, butter and truffle powder. OMG the stuff is amazing!
we call the beef dust as beef floss, we also have pork, chicken, shrimp floss and usually wrapped with spring roll skin and deep fry them. very popular during the Chinese New Year
The problem I have with Chefs is that they are trained. Guga, you're scientific and definitely not scared so you make it so interesting to watch bc I also like to play with food
fun fact guga what u made at the beginning we called it "Abon Sapi" often used as topping or sprinkling in indonesia and yeah it is an exisiting and kinda popular in my country 😁👌
We need a super video. Ranking/tournament style of all the best steak experiments. Maybe do the same with the side dishes? Never stop making these Guga !
Guga, I'd love to see your version of a club sandwich: turkey, ham, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo. I can only imagine how good it would look!
Guga, pls open a restaurant where we can order the best experiments you have done. I swear I will go with my family every week until I am done trying all of them!!
I'm actually so confused how this video has so few views compared to a lot of the other videos on the channel. This is such an interesting experiment and actually has some awesome looking food! Easily the best looking pickles I've ever seen on a chicken sandwich! They are perfect
I was a bit disapointed because I thought you would use the steak dust, as a panko replacement, in order to deep fry the chicken thighs. Might be a cool idea for a future video tho... I would love to see that!
I've had a long week, haven't opened TH-cam in days, then the first thing I see is "I made chicken taste like steak" and my head read it in Gugas voice. Hell yes you did my friend. Hell yes you did.
It still amazes me how guga was a martial arts teacher for 10+ years. I feel like he was put onto this earth to cook beef.
Beef don’t punch the beef
Guga, please open a restaurant and add these sandwiches to it. This looks incredible.
I agree and stand with it dude
I feel these sandwiches would be expensive af though
That’ll be 100$ sir.
I want one or a few of these in Texas! I'm sure it would flourish here.
What would the restaurant be called? "Chicken Sucks"
ONE MONTH INTO ASKING DRY AGE STEAK IN OYSTER SAUCE
oh hell yeah i gotta see that
@@Percussionists yes
That would be horrid.. would be funny to see them gag trying to eat it tho.
@@jumblefumble thank you brudda
Dumb idea

i wish he was my neighbor
@@XXPYR0XX bro the smells coming over the shared dividing wall would be tantalising AF
Guga went SOO HARD in the preparation! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
that thing dam frighten me LOL
Extremely
He dared to say it is "simple" also , absolute legend
How hard was he bro?
So hard, and then to forget to toast the buns.
I was expecting Guga to cover the chicken in the steak dust and then fry it, that would’ve been interesting
100% I did too, but honestly the application he used instead is really interesting and now I wanna try it LMAO
steak dust isn't a starch so it wont have the results you want
No, but you could probably mix it into breadcrumbs or the flour itself.@@jamescheddar4896
Chicken fried steak or steak fried chicken? You decide!
I did too! I thought maybe he would make the steak a real POWDER and mix it in with the flour the way they mix spices into the flour for fried chicken.
I gotta give it up for how Guga claims he can’t handle spicy too well but still persists. A true master at his craft.
1:25 , steak dust. In China we have something similar. It's called pork sung. A staple for breakfast. I thank you for brining that in the show !
I'm surprised and relieved Guga didn't add bone marrow in his pickled cucumber 😂
It’s tastes beefy, tangy and the acidity of the beautifully balances out the savouriness of the .
ong XD
This has to be the craziest experiment you've ever done, Guga. The flavors are going to be INSANE!
Imagine how offended that cow would be, you turned its meat into seasoning for chicken 😂
Steak floss! Meat floss is actually already a thing and there are variations across different cultures. It keeps well, travels well and is a flavor bomb and adds a fun texture and decorative element.

you need to hop off
Guga is hilarious! “Damn Leo! Relax Brooo!!”

I like how adding Bone Marrow just goes "It turns them red" when it is clearly food dye 🤣🤣🤣
this videos look like movies at this point, looks freaking great.
Also "valentina" sauce is godly.
Omg guga making all that stuff, would have taken a full day or two, plus the cleaning. And that's excluding the time for the dried steak dust...
Guga is a genius. You should start your own restaurant. You’d kill it bro.
YES!
We need more Guga and Uncle Roger collab! The best duo we never knew we needed.
Everytime i watch an experiments like these, i always wish to be devouring one of these with my appetite triggering. Love your videos guga, keep it up!
I have a solution for that. Just watch the Pink Sauce lady or Cooking with Jack. If that don't ruin your appetite, I don't know what will. 😂
I need a trigger for my appetite, It is hard for me to eat, this would fix that pronto!
Take a shot every time giga says bone marrow
I tried and now I dieded.
I'm writing from the afterlife, I do not recommend.
Been watching your videos for two years now, this video for me has got to be the most interesting one so far. Great video!
I recently discovered Guga and I already get it. He's so jovial and wholesome.
2:35 funny enough i thought the chicken was going to be spicy. 😂
His trick was already working even before i was going to watch it!
This is actually insane! 🤣🤣🤣 I once basically did this to make dehydrated beef for smash burgers and never once thought to try this with chicken. The MARROW levels though Guga! Was it half a cow skeleton for this video?!
I swear after 1:42 the man did not go 10 seconds without saying bone marrow 😂😂😂
Guga your stake dusts looks really similar to machaca👌🏼(which is kind of Mexican pulverized jerky, usually consumed in northern states of Mexico). Would be awesome if you male some experiment with it 👌🏼👌🏼
Hi guys, I’ve been watching daily for a few years now, starting obviously with SVE and I have to say the videography and editing is now first class (of course the cooking too!) ITS AMAAAZING EVERYBODY 🤩
Wow man this a whole culinary class in one small video
I just wanted to drop by and tell you and your crew Merry Christmas. I really enjoy your videos and have learned from them. you guys have a great day
Angel is like a bloodhound, also this is one of the most brilliant Guga concoctions so far.
Bone marrow mayo, cheese sauce reaux and hamburger buns - brilliant
I love the visceral delivery in "What does that tell you? Chicken SUCKS." 🤣
I love how meticulous he is when making the burgers 😊
I love that, compared to other channels, Guga gives us more than we asked for in a video concept. He goes every little direction that might make the video better, even if the return on investment is negligible.
This by far was my favorite experiment that yall did and so entertaining too!! 😂
Thank you, Guga! I really enjoy the creativity and thoughtfulness put into each experiment!!
great video!! all them joints looked good af!
Gugaman is the new superhero with power of steak
I vote for the first sandwich, looks incredible. 🎉
I would love them all!

Lmbo!
Guga please try an experiment with the Garlic Butter Sauce from Dominoes, that sauce is incredible and would be crazy to work with for steak
Is a freeze dried steak just as good as a regular one? Should you freeze dry it before or after cooking? Seems like a really nice thing to take on the trail with you.
hes already freeze dried steaks, they just turn into styrofoam. do his jerkey one instead
freeze dryed steak sucks, but other kinds of meat, like minced meat, might work well. And eggs are simply perfect.
Watch his freeze dried steak video it will have those answers.
@@Edino_Chattino No it doesn't if you do it right.
@@xxmemekipxxlastname4846 It's because he did not do it correctly.
As a black man, I absolutely LOVE my chicken!!!!
The steak dust is actually called meat floss, and has a lot of variety like chicken, pork, beef, and fish, and it is very common in Asian food, I had been eating it since I was a little kid.
When I was a kid you could buy it in a little round container and was called "jerky chew"
Kind of like a novelty chewing tobacco
The description guy (Leo) never let us down for a really good explanation for the taste of Guga food. It always makes me hungry every time I hear his exclusive explanation 😅
Just to add context, the Buttermilk Guga used would've expired 16 days ago. So he makes these videos in advance. Appreciate all the time and work that goes into making these, Guga. Food looks awesome
nah, he just used expired buttermilk for that extra flavor.
Seriously Leo's reviews are top top notch. Always love listening to him
Bone Marrow !!!
This video really takes a turn at 5:40. Gugas tone gets aggressive when he says "I told you I'm gonna make this chicken taste like steak" and those creepy pads come in stronger XD
Now you should make a steak sandwich that taste like toothpaste!
Should make toothpaste out of the steak dust so it tastes like steak.
bleqck.
OK, a challenge for this video, take a shot every time Guga says "bone marrow" 😂
Christ loves and died for you all! God bless🙏
No
What does Christian Dogma have to do with a Guga Video? Really!!!
Wow looks incredible!
I liked my own comment

These are the healthiest sandwiches on planet , 100% carnivore no seed oils . ❤❤❤
Should of added the steak dust into the dry flour to add another layer of steak to the chicken.
I tried making compound butter for the very first time after watching Guga make some. I used bone marrow oil, salt, butter and truffle powder. OMG the stuff is amazing!
we call the beef dust as beef floss, we also have pork, chicken, shrimp floss and usually wrapped with spring roll skin and deep fry them. very popular during the Chinese New Year
Guga please come to Eu 😅😅😅😅😅
You should dry age some steak with steak powder
...it's so easy to make, and here's how...
Angels palette always impresses me, he can always taste what’s in the experiment first
Exactly. I find the other guy a bit shallow in his analysis always saying the same stuff over and over with fancy words.
Nobody:
Guga: "Let's add bone marrow to everything!"
Angel and Leo: ....
I know Angel finished the rest of these he couldn’t help getting a bite at the end there. 😂
Everyone needs a friend like Guga
The problem I have with Chefs is that they are trained. Guga, you're scientific and definitely not scared so you make it so interesting to watch bc I also like to play with food
Guga uses as much bone marrow as a small country.
fun fact guga what u made at the beginning we called it "Abon Sapi" often used as topping or sprinkling in indonesia and yeah it is an exisiting and kinda popular in my country 😁👌
My dog approves of this video.
My life would have new meaning if you sell these!!!!
In a very delicious way, "ok" "ok" "ok" lmaooo when they realize they are about to eat something good good

I've noticed Angels palate is actually very good! He can pinpoint individual flavours very well.
Guga, I'd love to see your version of a club sandwich: turkey, ham, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo. I can only imagine how good it would look!
Guga making himself the new villain for Goodburger 3. 😂
Guys 1:34!!! It’s the jack links original Jerky Chew
Wait aren't angel and Leo watching guga cook these surprises?!! How do they not know what is what ?
The steak "dust" at 1:35 looks just like "pork floss"!
This is my heaven, just watching Guga cook and explain it ☺️
Guga my dude, u evolved into a crazy scientist that's specialized for crazy foods, that oddly enough is worth it.
God damn Guga… it’s 23:52 here in the UK and I’m now STARVING!!!
Stock: how much bone marrow you need for this experiment?
Guga: *YES*
the pickles.. love that moment "and add SOME sugar" while almost using as much sugar as vinegar xD
Leo: I like this video
Leo's cardiologist: I don't.
😂
Mama had a chicken, Mama had a cow, Dad was proud, He didn't care how!🤣Looks good!😎
Guga out here single handedly causing the bone marrow shortage 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Bruh! Guga’s friends and family are soooo lucky!😁😁😁
Guga, you should marinate steak in Coca-Cola and sparkling water.
The fizziness will hopefully tenderize it!
Guga, pls open a restaurant where we can order the best experiments you have done. I swear I will go with my family every week until I am done trying all of them!!

Try cooking the beef steak in pork fat; it will make a huge difference.
Guga, actually what you call dust steak at our place is called "ABON SAPI" (beef floss). and you can make it with various types of meat, chicken too
