"Well I didn't drop it..." and immediately drops the box of ornaments. I love the concept of the elves not being sweet toymakers, but instead being mischievous punks.
LOL, I know right! It wasn't originally going to end that way, but then I just randomly improvised that line and laughed at myself, so I decided to keep it.
Yeah! That would be awesome! Right now, I'm using an older DSLR Canon camera, and just some can lights. It would be awesome to get some newer equipment!
@RayProductionsDRA Yeah, the lighting needs some major improvement - that's the main issue I see currently. Too bad you don't have an Amazon wish list posted, otherwise I might have checked it out to see if I can contribute a little something. Hope you have "any decent filming lights" on your Christmas list... 😅
@@5alpha23 Aw that's so sweet! I might do that some time! Another big problem with trying to get the lighting right is that I can't really see what it looks like when I move the light without running over to the camera and then running back, and even then I'm not standing in front of the camera so I can't see what it looks like one me. 😅
@RayProductionsDRA Okay, so you definitely also need a monitor, phew. 😬 I don't know, maybe first try to improvise wit a light meter you position above the camera in a way you can read the lumens? Just a spontaneous idea. I don't know which value you're looking for as I don't film - sorry. 😕 Most of your videos are too dark but they don't have visible grain, which could mean that you can always go a couple f-steps under what you're used to (i.e. a wider lens). Maybe your camera screen is showing video much brighter than it was actually filmed? Just some basic ideas. 🤷 I see effort and potential in your stuff but I don't know how to help. 😥
@@5alpha23 Yeah I think a big problem is that my screen is definitely not what the video actually looks like. I typically have my f-stop as low as possible at 1.8, as I used to have really bad grain since I turned my ISO way too high instead of adjusting other things. And you are helping, it's great to hear what you think! 😄
Ray I love your TH-cam channel I think you're very beautiful please keep making TH-cam videos you're very funny and very pretty please keep making videos and my name is Josh
If I may give some advice...Now that I've watched some of your videos, I think you should be more selective with the humor. Since I'm not a filmmaker, I can't give you any professional feedback, but some jokes or funny scenes should be more restrained, others more intense. Different angles, different intonation or longer/shorter execution. It's hard to say, as it very much depends on the situation. But with some of the movies I've thought things like “If the gag had a little pause, it would be more effective”. Just as an example. Hope that helps you a bit. Best regards.
Thank you so much for the feedback! Yes, I totally agree. I'm working on figuring out comedic timing and such. I think it will get better with practice

😆 Maybe I should make a sequel!
lol I’d love to see a sequel!
I never thought, I'd celebrate Xmas side by side with an elf...
A grumpy elf too! 😆
Lol. Funny how the reindeer doll kept coming back. 😂
I'm glad you liked that part! 😀
young person, you are my spirit animal
Aw, thanks! 😊
You have a unique talent. Keep going.
I will! Thank you!
Remimds me of early 2000s youtube, I fw it though
I'm glad you like it!! 😃
I think you will go far. Great stuff.
Thanks, that's super encouraging!
This girl is crazy pretty.
Aw thanks! 😊
This could have been a trailer for 'Smile 3'.
Lol, I do have a pretty creepy smile. 😆
It really make me laugh.....it´s written in other comments but the reindeer gag is hilarious, like the dialogue.
Thanks so much! 😄😄😄😄😄

Haunted Reindeer. Got to get me one of these!
Yeah! It's a must have for the christmas season!
Wow!, it's amazing how similar this girl is to Heather Matarazzo (when Heather was much younger)
the elf voice 😄😄
It was funny trying to video it, because I'd forget to speak in the elf voice, and then I'd have a shot where my voice suddenly stops squeaking 😂
Great job!
Thanks so much, that's really encouraging!
lol these are gr8.
I'm glad you're enjoying them! 😄
really lucky that you got an elf that looks just like you... *flicks the horse*
Lol, I didn't get to pick hahaha 😂
@RayProductionsDRA not me just realizing i said horse instead of........ Reindeer 💀
@@evanlee93 😂
That got dark at the end lol 😂 💀
Why does the elf carry that with them at all times? 🤣

☕👍
People should subscribe so you can afford better equipment! Content-wise this is already at quite a high comedic level. :)
