My parents had two sets of twins. Me in 64, girls in 65, boy and girl in 66. Best childhood ever. I still remember my Dad counting us before we went anywhere. I know it wasn’t easy for them. Enjoy. It’s the best.

I am a identical twin ❤love my sister. Just important for parents and people not to compare them…❤to accept them as twins and individual people. They need to find their talents and have their own goals. ❤

I have 5 children I gave birth to two sets of twins also they’re adults now, identical boys and a boy and girl twin I wouldn’t trade it for the world such a blessing 👍🏽🙏🏽🌷
My mom had 5 children over a 2 year 5 month period in 64 in 65 and 66 with two sets of twins book ended by one in the middle (I'm number 5). We then proceeded to travel around the world twice mostly on her own because we were traveling to be where my dad was working. Then tragically my dad died before the oldest of us was 5 but my mom still managed to fight and keep us all together. She was a woman of faith as well and she dearly loved her children. God bless this young couple there is so much joy ahead for those little babies.
Wow! I am overwhelmed with emotion as I read your mom's story with 5 children, ages 5 and under, when your dad passed away. It must have been incredibly difficult. She truly is an amazing woman and mom. God bless.

Shocking! In America she had to get sick days donated from other people!!! Maternity leave is a human right. It is time needed to bond with your child and teach them love. A mother's love is so strong and necessary, it helps them so they can grow up to not get a gun and feel nothing as they hurt others. Congrats to them.
Developing countries have better maternity rights than America.
Then quit your job. No one makes any woman work. Women choose to work and women know the day they take the job what the maternity leave is. It's not a human right either.

@Crista Ferrari-Girault Hold on. Tell the backside of it too. France has many issues and great poverty as well. I remember seeing a segment on such a thing, but it was not completely ideal. There is no Utopian society in this world that I know of. I have been to Paris and its surrounding areas. It is Not lovely in all parts and it is highly expensive to live there, for there is barely a middle class. Have, have a little, have less, have much less.

That was SO sweet of their co-workers. God is SO good and brought and put them ALL TOGETHER. THE LOVE THAT GOD SHOWED THROUGH THAT AND THIS SITUATION. 💜💜💜
Then the co-workers get sick and have to lose their jobs. Love the barbaric practices of the USA.

I had four kids. But my twin daughters came when the second child was only 17 months old, so the three youngest of my kids were more like triplets. It was hard and the laundry always going and dishes always needing cleaned is true but worth it. I miss my kids being babies!

Yes!!! Our 4 kiddos were born in 3.5 years and now 6 years later they’re all best friends still and do everything together! It’s the BEST!!!!❤

I know someone who has 2 sets of twins. 2 identical (girls) and 2 fraternal (girls). It’s amazing!
The host on the end couldn't even do her job as she was running around with the twin boys! I can only imagine what these parents experience at home! Wow!
What a beautiful family! They’re very blessed to be surrounded by family and friends to support them bc having a set of twin toddlers and twin babies look so exhausting and very expensive. Imagine paying childcare for all four kids.

My mother in law had 8 kids. After first two babies she had 2 sets of twins in a row. Then the two youngest boys.
She swore all the twins very close in age, were easier than the other 4 as singles.
I had twin daughters. I found the first two years much harder, because it was double the work, and infants are work. But once they hit their second year, it became much easier than single-birth babies. Single-birth babies are much more demanding of your attention than twins. The twins entertained themselves.
Wow! I can relate to this because I , too have two sets of twins, a fraternal twins and identical twins. My fraternal twins were born in Dec. 12, 1998 and my other twins who are identical were born Jan. 29, 2000.
How wonderful. Our 4th was twins. They are so close in some ways, more than normal siblings. It is an incredible life long bond. For this couple to have 2 sets is very unusual and the grandparents deserve huge thanks as it keeps the careers fo the young parents going which is all for the good of the family longer term.

What amazing grandparents raising those twins while the parents follow their career goals. Most grandparents refuse to do that these days.
CAREER GOALS? They're not in real estate or finance. The firefighter father and schoolteacher mother are holding America up on their good will and dedication to people. WAKE UP!

The grandparents are helping, but to say they're raising them makes it seem as if the parents aren't involved.
I don’t know their exact circumstances but many parents in Australia use day care centres to raise their children. If the child wakes at 6 am spends 1 hour until drop off then spends 12 hours in care, goes home at 6 pm off to bed at 7pm that means the parents are raising their children? We have them 12 hours a day the parents 2 waking hours, some children cry when they have to go home with their parents. It’s a very sad state of affairs but at least these parents have the grandparents to take on the majority of care. This generation of teens are messed up, is it because of being abandoned in child care centres with high levels of stress hormones that recent studies say babies are subjected to in formal care? I think it plays a big role in the great decline in childrens mental health, but that’s just my opinion from 30 years of being an early child hood educator.

I am 1 of 3 sets of twins and 5 singletons. My mom said she thought it was easier to raise twins because we entertained each other.

In my school there were three sets of identical twins from the same family. The first two sets were girls a year apart. Then a couple of years later twin boys. The funny thing is that the two sets of twin girls looked alike, almost like quadruplets.

@@sharonjo7630 I believe that is a fair assessment. There is no such thing as a stay at home parent. It's ridiculously expensive in the U.S., today. Let's not talk about the cliche topics of salaries for teachers, firefighters, etc. Riiiiiiiiidiculous still today.
@Courtney Kirk there is a such thing as a stay at home parent, usually when the parent/parents can afford to. And it is a shame regarding certain salaries.

My Twin girls just turned 1 year last week, when I think about sleepless nights we had while they were 1-2 months and now looking at this couple raising two set of twins, this couple is amazing. May God give to strength to take care of them

My aunt and uncle had eight children all together, .. The four youngest children were two sets of identical twins. One set were boys and the other set were girls.

Looking at those 4 beautiful children, what an absolute blessing 🥰 And I love what their co-workers did for them by donating their sick leave. Sometimes the South gets a bad rep but it seems like it could be a wonderful place to live, with a sense of community that is missing in big cities.

So sad that mom can't be home withher babies until they are at least 1-2years...the bonding is so important, and the babies need mummy, and have right to be with their mummy while beeing babies.
