I think it's alot how you choose to do it! I lose weight quickly on SW, but I do avoid empty calories like binging on Muller lights etc, in favour of fruit, veg and naturally good calories. That's not to say I don't have them in moderation! I do think it makes a difference! Whatever works though, it's fab😀

Great haul & meal plan, I`ve just checked those sausages for you & they are 3.5 syns each, I use Richmond Sausages when i make my sausage casserole I have found these the best as they soak up the flavour so so well they are 4 syns each for the thick fresh ones X
