G60 brake discs on the mk1 golf

I'm sure I fitted audi 80 calipers to my Mk1, straight swap and allow you to run Mk2 16v 256mm disc which fit behind 14 inch alloys. Also swapping to the Mk2 16v servo is a good upgrade.

Useful video Steve, it does make a massive difference over the stock 239mm setup having a good quality spacer is Key
I have seen a 4mm spacer made spacer with washers, okay for prototype didn't hold up to driving 🤨😟 😂

I gone spacers made on a lathe for that reason . I wanted them to be the correct height

eBay 😅 no idea what they are called just saw them and thought they would match in with everything else on the car being chrome . Thank you for your comment it was really nice

15in wheels with really low et like ET25 but not every make and model of rim . 16in is kind of idiot proof as they all fit more a less .
I’ve borbet type a 16in 7j fitting with g60 brakes
And on the golf 15in et25 7j

Should do, girling was OEM G60, I have girling G60 set up on my MK1 TDI
