- Bransdale is possibly the most remote valley in the North York Moors National Park. I go in search of solitude and this time strong winds provide a challenge to my wildcamp!

Loved the peaceful drone shots over the moors 🌄
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! Love using the drone! Was too windy to fly it on my next video!

Village of Cockayne ????
I know! I couldn’t call it a hamlet as it has a church!
Great video, thanks for sharing ! Just out of interest where did u park? Cheers
Hey thanks for the sub! I parked in the train station car park in Kildale- it’s free and there’s a toilet. Probably busy on weekends but during the week not a prob
@@cragratoutdoors thanks for that and the reply !!!! Spot on. Cheers again for the great video.
Thanks for the mention! You deserve a far higher viewership, especially your great project of going to the most remote area of each National Park - that's a great thing to do.
You’re welcome! Forest of Bowland is next on my list (when the ground dries up a bit!) I’m sure the views will catch up too - thank you again ATB Jason
@@cragratoutdoors You really want to wait until we've had 2-3 dry weeks before heading there. It can be wet beyond your wildest nightmares. It is my local playground as it's < 10 miles from home.
Cheers mate - local knowledge is king! Summer it is then 😉
Another great vid. I'm not familiar with that part of the Dales. I need to explore around that area it certainly looks stunning. ATB.😊👍
Ah - hence the Forest of Bowland interest. As I said elsewhere, all depends what you call a rock and what you call an island to include/exclude from the centre calculation. You could probably even go on a multi-day wild camp collecting several of the spots that claim that title - so whichever it is you have done it. Roughly Hebden Bridge to Salter Fell would be the line.
Thank you! I’ve been looking at the maps already and I’ll definitely be out there sometime soon !
Splendid. I really enjoy your videos. Love seeing God's own county/country too. When I head up there I tend to kip in my car though. Was at Burnsall in the summer and in Loop Scar before 8.00am.NYM are an amazing place to hike and I aim to get there in the next few weeks myself. Keep the videos coming!
Thank you! Yorkshire takes some beating and that’s a cracking place for a dip!
Thanks for putting this on the Web. I really do miss the NYM. 😊
You’re welcome - I’m off up there tomorrow so hopefully some good footage. Weather on the upturn! Thanks for watching 👍🏻
well I decided to check out your video and I enjoyed it very much, so I subscribed so I can see hopefully many more.
Dwayne
Excellent! You are a legend! 👍🏻
I love your videos sir...keep up the great work and thank you for sharing!
Thank you very much! I’m glad you enjoy them. More coming soon !
Good video jase, I'm not sure I could have slept in that wind....
Cheers Dave - it wasn’t too bad in the end. A couple of times in the night I got rattled but that was it!
I haven't been over that way in some time- I do miss the North York Moors. Great video.
Thank you for watching! Love heading east to chase the weather
Another great video and drone footage pal
Thanks mate - always appreciated 👍🏻
well, Lee, that was a hell of a good time hanging out with you guys. I laughed my ass off. I thought that quilt was gonna blow right off the bed when your ol lady busted that ass. She did it like a pro😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Dwayne
Wow Dwayne - thanks for watching but I’m not quite sure what you saw was in my video!
@@cragratoutdoors well that comment was supposed to be on a different video I was watching😅😅😅😅. I wondered what happened to it . sorry about that
@@dwaynestewart6095 no problem! 😂👍🏻
Grear video and drone views 👍🙂
Thank you for watching - much appreciated!
