Hi Ina! I'll try to, but for now here's a typed version of what I do: So firstly, it depends on which class I'm studying for. But for most of my classes I typically first skim through the textbook before class, make the majority of my notes during class, then if I have anything I need to clarify I'll refer to the textbook. Profs will usually also say which areas to focus on, so that should help narrow down your focus when making notes/studying. Secondly, if I'm studying something that requires a lot of memorization, I'll print out my notes (2 pages per side, double sided - to save paper!) and read from it/test myself throughout the week.
