Great video! Im going into my first year this fall and was hoping someone would make a informative video. Could you make a follow up video for your coop?
If you're in first year BM, it depends on your major (declared after first year). Usually it's after your second year, but you can double check here: www.ryerson.ca/calendar/2020-2021/programs/trsm/business_mgt/ Hope this helps!
Hi Victoria! It depends on which class I'm studying for, but for most of my classes I typically first skim through the textbook before class, make the majority of my notes during class, then if I have anything I need to clarify I'll refer to the textbook. Profs will usually also say which areas to focus on, so that should help narrow down your focus when studying. Also, if I'm studying something that requires a lot of memorization, I'll print out my notes (2 pages per side, double sided - to save paper!) and read from it/test myself throughout the week. Hope this helps!
Hello, thanks a lot for the explanation. You see, I applied to Management in TMU and I regret the decision and wish to change it to Technology Management just as you did, but the problem is I already applied. Is there anything I can do or is first year all the same anyways and in the second year we can pick?
I wasn't accepted into Ryerson Architecture, but I was accepted into UofT Architecture. I ended up choosing Ryerson BTM because it was a better fit for myself :)
