No, the TL;DR of this video is to jump into the blockchain industry if you're struggling to land a tech job right now, because there are hundreds of blockchain companies that are aggressively hiring software developers and other tech roles, and since crypto is so misunderstood by many, competition for these roles is weak / small compared to competition for jobs in the greater tech industry.
The cherry on top is that you don't need much blockchain-development experience, if any, because these companies are willing to teach you all the web3 knowledge and skills you'll need on the job. There is no easy way. Getting laid off as a mid developer. What there is so easy?
pure marketing, people can tell at this point, check the comments......
My advice is stick to smaller companies and avoid all the dumb FAANG. It’s worthless and when you get laid off you’ll have to settle with a 50-80% salary cut with other jobs.

I have almost 3 years of experience and I barely get any interviews. I’m from the UK. And I the few interviews I’ve had in the past year, I got a few racism vibes from the interviewers, meaning they seemed to not want to speak to me at all from the start of the interview.
Be aggressive and determined. Apply, apply, apply, sign up with as many recruiters as possible, revamp your resume, & monitor responses. Every recruiter has told me the person that gets hired “makes the most noise.”
