Which neurotype tanks if they get carbs before working out? Is that 2A?

Well, yes some neurotypes are more prone to tanking if they have carbs prior to a workout (2Bs and, to an extent, 2As). But keep in mind that carbs, in general are sedative/relaxing. So everyone can "tank" if they have too much carbs prior to a workout.
Carbs do so mostly by decreasing cortisol production which itself leads to less adrenaline (cortisol increases the conversion of noradrenaline into adrenaline).
But whether they will negatively affect workout performance or not depends on the amount and type of carbs as well as the person's neurochemistry.
It can also depends on the type of workout. The more you need to be neurologically amped up to perform in a session, the more carbs can have a negative impact. So strength and power work are more affected than traditional hypertrophy work, which is more affected than endurance work.

I tried to understand that. I think the supplements are: 1. Decrease cortisol level: fosfatidylserin, Glycine, magnesium glycinate, ???, ashwagandha. 2. Insulin sensitivity: alpha lipoic acid, fish oil, apple cider vinegar, berberine, ??? tryglicoside, cinamon.
