I kinda struggle with biochemistry in med school. It wasn't hard but I couldn't get over 75% on tests and midterms. I started using Lecturio and surprisingly it worked very well. I think I used it for about 4 months but was really into it, so on final I scored 90%. Maybe it doesn't have to do with Lecturio and it was just me being super motivated but the result was there, after I used it. Definitely recommend it guys.
Please reply! After you got your D on the first exam, tell me, did you go back and review all of that material from exam 1 and then change your ways/study habits? Or did you move right along onto exam 2 material??? Please reply! Thank you for this video and tips!
I know the feeling, it’s horrible. Don’t get too discouraged. You can still do really well in the class. Just step back and assess what you need to work on and set up a plan for yourself. Best of luck!
I am transferring to ASU for my major in Biochemistry . Any advice? my career field is dentistry and I am hoping to pursue dental school after I graduate with my bachelors.
Hi Tiffany. The only reading I did was directly out of Tour of Biochem which is the online book by Dr. Runquist. If you're taking her class, her exams will be most similar to the material that is in her book. Good luck!

This video was sooooo helpful!!
I know I made a d or an F in today’s biochem test and I needed some motivation. I studied so much but I did so bad.

I’m transferring to SFSU in the fall. I’m was wondering how good the school biology department is
The bio department is great. There’s a huge bio community and there’s an abundance of resources. Best of luck!
Samirah Vanessa Javed thank you so much 😊 best of luck to you as well
Is SFSU good for biochemistry and pre-med?
There’s not a formal “pre-med” program, but professors and student groups are pre-med centric which makes the process smooth.
Hey I have a question is it possible to get a full rise scholarship Or can financial aid really give you alot if your a low income family ?

Hi! I thought your video was helpful. However, I had a question. Did you ever read the textbook and take notes on the textbook material?
