I no longer own the Vinson, but I would imagine it's not difficult. most likely just have to remove the screws in the upper left and upper right corners, as well as along the base of the exterior. Then remove the key, usually just held in by a plastic nut that you screw off on top. Then when you pull away the unit probably can just unplug the screen and unhook it from the back of the plastic mounting plate, then put the new one in and repeat back the steps in reverse order.
I'll be honest buddy, I sold it a while ago, I can't remember. They didn't make too many different bumpers for them. If you Google it it should pop up!

It does have a low range and it is a semi auto clutch. It can crawl if you want it to.

low and high range is located near the foot shifter, there is a lever that you pull up, then back and pash down for low gearing
