Hi. I cannot adjust the mode hand position neither the clock manually. Instead, once I hold the adjust button it takes me directly to adjust the time zone. Any idea?
Hi Youssef Saeed, Please keep the [ADJUST] button pressed until [SUB] starts to flash on the display - don't release the button before that. (Once you press and hold [ADJUST] the button, [SET] will appear on the screen, followed by current city code - don't release the button at this point)
I love this watch. I have 3 4 different ones, but I can't understand how it works. it is too complicated. even though I watched the video, I still don't understand anything
Hi Nexhmedin Selmani, Note that this adjustment - Hands Home position Adjustment - is required only if the digital time and the time indicated by the hands are not matching. Refer the below video for Time adjustment: th-cam.com/video/q8mGCtWQKPw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=E05J8z9-PQQq0IFy
Hey. This video has been super useful. My husbands GA 2000 keeps getting misaligned in the timekeeping mode. I fixed it yesterday and again today it was 3 hours different between the analog and digital time. And the mode dial was showing as stopwatch. Any idea what’s going on?
Hi Ametza, if the hands get misaligned even after the hand home position adjustment, please get your watch inspected at the nearest CASIO authorized service center in your country to do the needful.
The watch carries 2 batteries. 1 for running the module, the other for hands and lights. I'd suggest simply purchasing and swapping to 2 new batteries. It's a very simple process. Mine was sorted in literally 10 minutes. Perfect now. Hope this helps.
Hi, You can choose any City code under the GMT differential +2 (ATH, CAI, JRS). Refer the below link for full city code list (Page# L1). support.casio.com/storage/en/manual/pdf/EN/009/qw5590.pdf
Hi Sophanith Cheng, It seems that battery needs replacement, please check your Watch at the nearest official CASIO service center in your country to do the needful.
