You might have encountered Riichi Mahjong in the Yakuza series, by watching the Akagi or Saki anime, or you might have seen your favorite VTubers from Hololive or Nijisanji playing. The rules are virtually identical whether you're playing in Yakuza, FFXIV, Mahjong Soul, Tenhou, or Riichi City.

Dealer Yakuman is spectacular. Great to watch, wish it had been you, but still good to watch. 4 Concealed pons must be in your hand. You cannot call a tile from the kawa so in essence it is a closed hand. Menzen tsumo too, but whose counting after 13 Han😀

A triplet can only be considered closed if you get all 3 tiles yourself, meaning that if you only have two and you need one more to win, you cannot Ron it.
If you are waiting for Four Concealed Triplets (double-wait), it has to be a Tsumo for it to be a yakuman. Otherwise it's just Three Concealed Triplets with toitoi. Also closed kans are ok.

41:08 Let's say if the player declared Ron on 3 of circles, then that triplet will be considered as open.
In simple words, a "concealed" triplet means that you get ALL three tiles on your own. Therefore it will no longer be concealed if you get the third tile from the discard.

Correct. In this case, it would be a sanankou and toitoi if the player rons, which is worth 4 han 50 fu (mangan). That's why every pro calls riichi if they're on a double pair wait for suuankou.
