Amit.. If I have need to make 4 identical bridge project phase wise like first six month 1 and next onward 2 and so on … so after completion my first phase for second bridge in which process I am going … is it initial or execution ????. And it’s identical so approach should be traditional right ??
Hi, phases also follow the same flow as that of a project. In your case, when you’re starting the second phase, you’ll carry out some initiation activities.
However, if the project is planned for all 4 in the beginning, and only execution is divided into phases, then the start of “construction” of second building would be an execution activity.
