    Your method of elminating wrong answers proved to be helpful for passing my PMP exams with AT in all 3 domains.🎉 I saw your videos only 2 weeks before the exams and followed the question answer sessions till the day I was travelling to my exam centre and I felt your voice resonating with me.for solving the questions. Thank you so much 😊😊

      Sir...Just i passed my pmp exam last Saturday on Dec 16. I watched this video a day before my exam and i had been watching your few more 1 hour long videos on situational questions from various topics since 1 month before my exam. They were really useful for me, and the insights i got through them really helped me during my exam. The exam was very hard, i was oscillating between 2 answer choices in most of the questions. But finally i got my prize next day, it was announced that i passed my exam with 2AT/1BT . Though my main preparatory materials are from other coaches, but your youtube contents helped me considerably. I thank you so much for your hard work to help candidates by creating these videos. Your way of explaining/teaching is awesome. I will surely recommend your channel to my network. Once again i thank you so much sir...love❤you

    i think the only reason that will make us select the hybrid because it was mentioned that the sponsor suggested Agile approach for ( incremental value delivery ), so it is very clear that the project will the project will have many deliverables with less changes, so it is recommended to go for hybrid .

    • @edzest
      @edzest  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Look for eliminating the options rather than trying to select a correct choice. Questions on PMP do not ask you to find the correct choice, they ask you to find the "best" choice in a given situation.
      Because, you can't choose traditional, or Agile, or termination of project, Hybrid is an option that can be tried.

    Hi, I really appreciate your efforts and amazing videos, i follow your channel and listen to most of the lectures.
    this video Q# 3, actually i am not with the answer to select Hybrid approach, why ?
    first the Sponsor only suggested to use Agile as he attend a conference, he hasn't detail information, who said that Agile will add benefits to the project, if the scope is very clear why we follow Agile ? may the team will lose time using the hybrid

    • @edzest
      @edzest  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, it doesn't say attending conference is the only reason.
      Attended conference is an information available with us, which means it can be one of the reasons for the sponsor to suggest.

    Question No.3 : Scope is clear! why don't we go with traditional approach?

    • @edzest
      @edzest  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Clarity of scope is just one of the criteria of selecting a traditional/predictive approach.
      There are many other things also at play:
      - knowledge of agile concepts by team
      - management, vendor, etc, awareness of agile
      And others...
      Here it is not possible to go with one choice only. Hence, selecting a hybrid approach appears better than either going with the team or the sponsor.

    Hi , Can anyone help me with the below question
    You are integrating a third party system as part of your project. The developers in your project team have not worked with this system before, but they believe the language and layout is the same and they should be able to implement it, adding a bit of time for the uncertainty. They give a high-level estimate of five weeks. What will you do next?
    A. Note the estimate of five weeks and update the assumption log with the technical assumption.
    B. Don't add the estimate, break down the integration into user stories and use a bottom-up approach.
    C Check the estimate using parametric estimation, to increase its accuracy.
    D. Gather your whole team and customers together, and estimate using wideband delphi (planning poker).

    • @edzest
      @edzest  ปีที่แล้ว

      D. Collaborative estimation will help.

    • @sumitmitra7336
      @sumitmitra7336 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@edzest Even I picked the same answer. The author of the question has a differing view & has chosen Option A as the right answer.
      Explanation: Since the developers are responsible for execution of the work& are a part of a Self-organizing Agile teams , go with the rough estimate provided by them as Agile believes in Lightweight estimates. The estimates could be drilled down further to accurate ones as more clarity is obtained by passage of time. ( Rolling wave planning)

    I have a question /doubt
    You are working on a project to build a new customer database system for an engineering team. In working with the requirements, you realise that this systc can also work with other teams within your organisation, and the effort to add those teams is quite small. What will you do next?
    A. Work with the other teams and their managers to escalate the opportunity.
    B. Work with those other teams and their managers to exploit the opportunity.
    C. Work with those other teams and their managers to enhance the opportunity.
    D. Work with the other teams and their managers to accept the opportunity.

    • @edzest
      @edzest  ปีที่แล้ว

      Exploit or enhance. What does the question maker say?

    • @sumitmitra7336
      @sumitmitra7336 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@edzest Right Answer is " Option B- Exploit". Though I feel, it should be " Escalate " as the asking other teams to join in the project is beyond the purview of the project / Outside the agreed upon scope. The content of the question nowhere is suggestive of "EXPOLITING " as it doesn't really say that the PM should ensure that the integration with other teams has to happen. "
