The Catalina is in my opinion a weird thing, it's actually one of those planes I grew up with only knowing it from comic books and movies, thinking it's huge. And than at an adult age you get to stand next to one on an airshow, wondering how so much peaple can get stuffed into such a small hull... and then even later on you buy a cardboard scale model at scale 1/33 and wonder where on earth you're going to put that giant...

It is the most iconic seaplane ever made in my opinion, even in 48th scale I’m wondering where I’m going to display the finished build👍
