Want energy? Exercise, drink plenty of water, and a steady sleep schedule. Yes it sucks to start. Nothing worth doing is easy, see you on the other side.
It DOES make sense. They're "energy" drinks.... they make no claim as to where the.. "energy".. is from. Their TOS is covered😂🤣 Seriously, don't let poison in your house.
Rockstar Recovery is ultra low calorie, has some feel-better vitamins, (Like a 5 hour,) and isn't carbonated. If you have to have an energy drink, read the label and you can make better choices. I also tend to dilute mine with pure fruit juice, (Cran or Cherry,) and water.
Sugar is the most common food additive. Robert Lufkin and others have demonized sugar, but the real problem is there is too much sugar in anything. If you want to get control of your diet, you need to go on a extremely low sugar and low carb diet, including avoiding artificial sugar substitutes for at least 30 days. After that, the cravings for sweets will not be so strong.
Scientifically, energy drinks with zero sugar makes less sens - since sugar = calories = energy. Protein, fats and carbohydrates (and alcohol) are the three energy bearing nutrients.
Fats are broken down to glucose inefficiently, and that is why modern diets do not need carbohydrates or sugars. Healthy fats broken down in ketosis feed your brain better and eliminate brain fog while reducing arthritis/swelling afflictions.
@@mrbuttons1243most of them are either sugar or sucralose. Both terrible for the gut. Vault uses stevia. Go used to as well but I don't see it in stores anymore and Jocko sold out with his protein powder so he may have with Go as well.
Well yeah but where do you think the "energy" in the "Energy Drinks" comes from..? The real issue is that people have started drinking these like they are regular soda, rather then what they were originally intended for. Used to be you occasionally took one of these (preferrably one with lots of caffeine too) to get you through an all night studying session. Or on a long hike/drive to stay alert. Now kids grab them as a regular drink on a lunch break. That's liquid diabetes right there.
What you are demonstrating is a falasy, " sugar" is not what you think and are displaying., white granulated sugar as you show is not what's being used when they make it, granulated sugar is used mostly in baked goods, cakes cookies and things like that, others use things that are classified as added sugars but does not mean specifically granulated sugar, and in actuality granulated sugar is the last on the list, other things like sucrose, glucose, syrups, things like that are higher up on the list. They only use the teaspoon analogy to show you that if you used actual sugar that that's how much it is, but they don't use actual sugar they use derivatives of it, that entire pile of sugar you are showing if it were in the actual sweetener they use would be less than teaspoon and would not make it apparent that it's a bad thing. Scaring the masses. A lie is a lie regardless of why it's told, quick switch to artificial sweeteners, you have to understand where these argulemenslts started and how, to see the motivations for telling them
Poor Pudge, he just wants some of that sweet, sweet sugar!
This is a very good demonstration because people don't have a good sense of perspective.
such nice kids :)

Why do people think they need an 'energy' drinks ? If you like this one, go look at a bottle of ketchup.
I am often giving my students much grief over their energy drink habits.
😊👌
Viva! PRIME has FOREVER CHEMICALS! Don't drink it, please.
Yeah, don’t worry. That’s been in the fridge for a while and will be promptly dumped into the sink.
Pudge is worried about you David.
it's one of those pool lanais. A lanai is on my retirement wishlist for sure.

This is why I never drink anything unless it is zero sugar. It's so easy to drink your calories.
Make America Healthy Again
Sugar feeds cancer and cancer pays well for some people

Don't just put it on the foil, pour the sugar into a glass that holds 1 can of fluid.
i have never been a fan of energy drinks. if I want electrolytes, I go for 100% juice with no sugar added.
redbull is not that bad. My kettle is broken, so instead of coffee I drink a redbull after breakfast before work.
Celsius might be the "cleanest" energy drink
nope... the Sucralose is a big - if not bigger - problem than sugar.
@@VivaFrei Well, nevermind! I thought that was one with stevia.
