Congratulations on being the first person to review the TSMR Shock on TH-cam! (Or at least amongst the English speaking community) I have been following this iem in the forums for a while now. How does this iem compare with other more expensive sets like the RN6 or MA Alter Ego?
Cool review I just ordered a set and am looking forward to it. I usually dont do PEQ as I dont understand the values as of yet but am thinking I will copy yours and see how it sounds. I have a Cayin N7 and an Ibasso 240X both have PEQ so Ill just try to set them per your adjustments.
You compared in brief the subj to X model. If you have both of them tuned both of them to the extreme bass which one would you like more? I am a bass-head and trying to make the right decision choosing between those two. Please help in this. At least by expressing your personal opinion. Another question is if the difference in price correlates to the difference in the sound quality for you.
Oh, I can see you've reviewed FF Deuce. Could you compare them to Shock and X? I've received the Deuce recently and still burning them in. Do you think it's worth to invest to TSMR (Shock or X)? By the way I have FF Scarlet too which I like very much.
@@AlexSmith-rb1ry without writing a complete review, Shock has more detail. Deuce has more feel. Shock can be tuned more than any IEM out there, Deuce is Deuce. I like Deuce more than S Mini. Can't really comment on if you should buy Shock. Really depends on you my friend
The extremes, probably not, but I ended up at Yellow (Bass) 1.5 and Brown (Treble) 2. I'm sure others would want something slight different. Out of the box it was set at Yellow 2 and Brown 4, a safe tuning that's slightly warm.
Great review!
This is one of my favorite IEMs I have ever heard...
Top 3 of the year so far (Shock, EBC80, and Brain Dance).
I really want these. I feel like these could just be my end game at this point.

It's not as textured as the RN6, but it does have better bass feel and tuning options. Also, it leaves a lot more $$$ in your pocket.
Thank you for review. Also a happy owner of TSMR Shock
@@flyk1tes841 would you like the PEQ file?

The problem is, Mango player in the 240 is only a 6 band PEQ. Run Poweramp, much better!
I've heard many people say this is the best value IEM at this price point now, and then Tansio Mirai X from the same company
Thank you for reviewing this great IEM and bringing it more to light for the community. How can we get ahold of your PEQ file collection?

I can't decide if that range of bass and treble control is a good thing or not. LOL

This wasn't on my radar with all the interesting incoming stuff but it's now on my wishlist
@@benchanification Great IEM at this price point. Lots of fun tuning it in. Thanks for your comments and please subscribe to the channel
