Great salesmen don’t talk about their products but they influence their buyers’ emotions and eventually tell them the value that they will get. Kudos to Mark Cuban. Vanessa you are the best
Calling unhappy customers would have given them a chance to vent. With that off their chest, they're likely to be more receptive to his sales message. Great video Vanessa. I really enjoyed it.
angry customers- call more for becoming better- price anchoring- yes ladder by asking questions and by connecting to emotion (nostalgia)- giving garuntee by better experience than price anchor, creating a memory
You never sell the product, you always sell the experience. I think Steve Jobs pretty much proved that if you can, at a minimum, create a positive customer experience, it does enough to create a loyal customer base. That is what Mark tried to do here, and I follow the same sales model.
Very informative video as always Vanessa! Have you ever thought of doing a collab with Charisma on Command? Or maybe their podcast? Your channels seem like a match made in heaven. :)
Wow, this is a great breakdown of what's happening behind the scenes looking from a sales perspective. I'd love to see more videos like this. BTW love your big smile :)
Hi Vanessa: I just stumbled into this video and all the videos you have produced. I teach at the University level and will start using these videos in my classes.
This video is absolutely amazing, but is no one going to mention how on point is Vanessa's make up. You look so gorgeous. Please don't hate me for leaving this comment
It is really cool that you are appreciating a man who isn't black. This is really kind and refreshing in the climate of intersectional feminism. You are a beautiful human being with a nice heart and soul, thank you.
Nice video on classic sales pitch development, you made it so perfectly clear. I wonder what the response rate was on recovered customers versus green field customers, if it followed B2B trends.
Wouldn't immediately comparing the price of a ticket to the price of Mcdonald's give the potential customer the feeling they are being advertised at? So wouldn't there always be an element of knowing your trying to sell them something? There for wouldn't that lead to them seeing the emotions you want them to feel while feeling mildly annoyed by the attention seekeyness of the pitch?
First you show up .Period!due to a lot a scamming on the rise a lot of company’s or business owners wouldn’t entertain cold calling. Once you’ve acquired a sale or two use them as references for new clients.. Sit back and watch the clients come to you I’ll teach you how to sell anything, but it will cost per session
