The relation to the conspiracy line is for the continuation from the core. Claim to fame for the conspiracy line is the continuation through the pins, the outer limits is to have the same amount if not more based on what has been seen so far.
Out of the box and with the same drilling, the bw2h will flare more and turn the corner harder. Rg on the outer limits is marginally lower and the finish is sanded 2k rather than compounded, and the bw2 has a significantly higher differential and slightly more bias
