I noticed in our winter league, we have 2 or 3 younger bowlers who do the 2 handed delivery. I am 64 and have been a "three holer" for over 30 years and I don't know if I could adjust to the two hand bowling. Our summer league starts in a couple of weeks and I might just try to do it with one of my balls and see how it works. I had a really bad year and was in a bit of a slump all season so I am looking for something or some new delivery to help. If the two handed delivery works, I might just order one of these to see if that will help as well. Nice video.
