It was two weeks ago when I got my phaze 2 and I have been adjusting to the change averaging 220 and way better on my spares I have tips and a thumb slug my pro shop is the best in Arizona in my opinion thanks for all your thoughts and opinions on these new bowling balls I pray for all you guys that you have great success in your tournaments and in life be blessed today and always
Well you're no Barks........Jimoo LOL. Radical and the Brunswick family are making some fantastic bowling balls right now. This Radical Outer Limits looks amazing.
It was a week ago when I got a exotic gem and new ball in two years and my layout from thumb to knuckle was and 1inch 1/2 bigger a big difference but I love it now
i was a palmer bowler and lemme just say i was incredibly inconsistent but switched to two handed and absolutely love it. this happened around october of 2022. thank you jimooo!!!
Bought my first ball and changed my throw from conventional to two handed with finger tips just three weeks ago. Still learning actual bowling knowledge and lingo to understand what exactly you guys are talking about.
I just started going to a new pro shop because the last one did not listen or ask the right questions. My grip is a little shorter now and my pitches are different. Track has pulled away from my thumb and I feel more comfortable. Average up 10 pins
I'm 52 and I've been just a recreational bowler all of my life. Bowled more when i was younger and sporadically as an adult, and only thrown straight. At the beginning of this month I bought a Tropical Surge, and started throwing 2 handed, but still throwing spares 1 handed. My last 3 games were my best series so far at 535. Also starting a 9 pin no tap next month. One of the 535 series games was a 184, but would have been a 298 in the no tap league! The only ball lower than 9 was my fill ball. Should have done this a lot sooner!
Changed my fit about 3 years ago. I went from full fingertip with grips to Sarge Easter drilling. I was having pain in my ring fingers middle knuckle, so much so that it was difficult even getting through a 3-game league set. I was slowly shortening the span for my ring finger prior to fully changing, but the only thing that alleviated the pain and stiffness was going to that Sarge Easter drilling. Definitely glad that I did. I did a Storm Match Maker event just last week, everything being full fingertip with grips. The pain is still there, so I am definitely not going back.
I just changed to a shorter span. Had one that was too long and it was causing issues with my elbow ligaments. Now I'm not feeling pain there after bowling league anymore and I'm starting to get back to where I was in terms of my game, I think. It sucks to have to take a step back like that, but if I kept using my old span I may not be able to bowl at all in a few years, so it's worth it.
I did the same as you. 1. Because I would get a mean ass callous on my middle finger. 2. Because it allowed me to change my hand position at release a little easier. I felt like with close to conventional finger depth before I was kinda stuck to not too many different hand positions because it would bend them awkwardly.
I've had like 3 big changes. First was switching to rubber oval grips instead of just bare finger holes, then I switched straight from 12lbs to 15lbs, then, just in January I switched to Vise IT thumbs
Just tried some new pitches a couple weeks ago. I’m a 2 hander so we shifted my laterals more left and added some more reverse to get my oil track away from the fingers. Release feels much better!
Begining of this Fall season I went from two finger no thumb to using my thumb. Helped me pick up more spares and be more consistant. I just couldn't roll the ball straight with only one hand / two fingers.
@@andrewfoglestad3641 nice! Most of mine were able to just add the thumb. I guess my PAP is close enough... It's been good so far. Avg went up 15 pins or so.
Just started back bowling again. I'm trying to figure the fit out. I lost my revs and axis rotation. I really like that ball. I wonder how it compares to the envision pearl
Can't say for sure as I haven't thrown either one but I'm eyeing both seriously. From what I have seen, it looks like the Outer limits is a bit cleaner with a little more snap on the end. Envision looks a little earlier and more round. Overall they look pretty close though. It seems both benefit from a shinier surface than they come with. I'm thinking of going with an Outer Limits with a 4k surface.
Another great video from you guys. Could you turn down the music in the countdown intro... it's really loud compared to the rest of the video audio. Keep up the great work!
Great ball review, looks like it'll suit my game. Wondering if you guys will ever do Motiv ball reviews? Noticed Motiv balls in the background of the pro shop and wondering if Simoo or Jimoo could review them considering they're not on staff with any company. If you can't, why not?
You should check out the core design for this and play around with the drill layouts they mentioned. They are insane. Top of the ball, front 90 and back 90.
It's been a couple months. Tons more reverse in everything because my fingers don't bend anymore and went to 15. Unfortunately I have too many bowling balls that hurt to throw now :(
When I got back into bowling like 2 years ago now, I made the opposite change that you just did. from tip to past first knuckle. helped me gain back control of my wrist at the bottom.
Why you went from conventional or semi to fingertip? I thought that for 2 fingers no thumb, having the fingers deeper would be better for control since you are not using the thumb.

Got a span overhaul and a dropped ring finger as a result a few months ago. Helped with grip pressure and some pain I was having.

Changed my finger pitch prior to the eruption pearl video, changed thumb pitch in October

3 weeks ago adjusted my thumb location ...improved my game a good bit....made me a little more consistent
I changed my entire form yesterday and it helped with my knee and I ended up bowling a 222 my first game with the new form
Cool tech bowling radical otter limits with dynamic core technology in the bowling ball more strike hitting power at time Jr pro shop
I cup the ball a lot, and just tilted my finger tip grips so I could lay my hand flat when I need too. It's helped tons

i did the same thing! sadly i have like 20+ bowling balls that's drilled for my 2 finger no thumb lol

We need more ball reviews for 2 handers!
Im only subbed for the Jimoo reviews!!
My Ebonite Cyclone is very versatile as well. It's pretty good

my pap was over-4 3/4 down- 3/4 now it’s up - 5 3/8 over - 3/8 very big change in pap over this last year or so
It's been a couple months. Tons more reverse in everything because my fingers don't bend anymore and went to 15. Unfortunately I have too many bowling balls that hurt to throw now :(
Nerve damage to my thumb made me go from one-handed to two-handed so that's a major change
Can you compare the outer limits to the widow 2.0 hybrid??
Hi Jimoo, can you please compare the Radical Outer Limits to the Innovator Solid and Katana Assault.
How does the Outer Limits compare to the 3D Offset Attack?
Where would the outer limits fit in the bag compared to a Phaze 2?
Went to interchangeable thumb a month or so ago
I just got two balls drilled for one hand no thumb. I went conventional finger holes so my whole hand can stay on the ball.
Does jimoo still use fingertip grips? Love the vids
great ball motion! wrong jersey 😅

What's the layout??
Please include ball layouts
Excellent❤❤
What's the layout on the outerlimits?
55x4.5x40
I still find it weird when the guys refer to themselves in the third person...
