ingredients
maida / all purpose flour - 21/2 cup
warm milk - 1 cup
egg - 1
butter - 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp
yeast - 1 tsp
sugar - 2 tbsp
salt to taste
**To spread
mixed fruit jam or butter and sugar
Note: (I used mixed fruit jam, you can use any jam.
or
apply butter on the sheet and spread sugar)
