Governor having power to take action against the state government officer under disciplinary ? Since I have completed Revenue Department, District collector, Land commission (IAS) officcer and final CM cell, till now there is no response from all the officer(s) even applied RTI application no responce. Could you please confirm so governor having power to take necessary action or not?
