Sudha Murty ji first address parents by the story that they should be patient while they deal with their kids and should give a convincing and logical answer of their question.
Later on she emphasized the value of discipline. And she is right discipline is a very crucial quality that one should have. If a person is disciplined and self controlled in his life he removes so much of problems very easily and effortlessly. It is very difficult to be disciplined but one should be if he want to achieve his goals.
