Welcome Back Daniel! Whenever you put out a vid I'm sure we're all here for it, no schedule required. I'm thinking 1:48:56 ish, and just maybe you'll get me out today on this sluggish grey Sunday after watching your efforts.
Good to see you back! Always enjoy your vlogs, good luck on the training. I think you'll beat your last time in the half, so I think around 1:54. Keep putting in the work, it will pay off in the end. 👍
Glad to see you're getting back at it and best of luck with the new goal and training block! I think with a good base and your second time around you can hit 1:49:35
Having a race in the calendar can be a great way to keep focussed! Having a few non-goal races is nice too - gives you a confidence boost when you hit a good time and realise the fitnedd is getting there. I foresee some nice big tempo and threshold sessions in your future - having experienced Phily's HM planning there are some really fun workouts she threw at me! I can see you taking 15 mins off your PB if you have a good consistent block and keep the strenght training momentum. Most important thing is enjoying the journey.
Yay, Daniel’s back! 🎉 I am here for your 28 video series. Could really use the motivation for my half marathon in February and definitely need some positive vibes going into the new year. Happy running. 😀🏃🏻♀️❤️🌈😎
Just the thing I’ve needed! My first 1/2 Marathon is November 17 ( 5 days from this comment) and I’ve got the collywobbles. But I’ll get it done! You’re always an inspiration, Daniel! I’m striving for 1’54”-2’ 🙏🏽 Cheers, Mate! I predict you’ll do a solid 1’50”!

You are my training spirit animal! lol I’ve just started 12 week training block 1 of 2 for a spring half marathon and it sounds like your goals mirror mine. I’ve decided I’m going to use your training to keep me on task … no pressure 😂
Thanks @daniel, just watched and think you'll manage 1:49:22 -If I get that right, gotta be some good merch!!!! 😂😂I was going to slope out of my run this evening, but I think I'll go and get my gear on now, so I get it done (sorry, that's Ben Parkes), but I will end up loving the grind!!
Hi Daniel, to keep some variety in my long runs, I like to take the bike and ride to a park or forested area and start running from there. By adding 5-10 miles (although I don't really think in miles 🙂) to my action radius I can do a different run every week, and a little bit of cross-training will probably not hurt either. Of course, I live in pancake-flat Netherlands so I don't have to cycle up any hills to get where I'm going. My estimation for Manchester (I kind of forgot your PB, but ...) I will say 1:53:28.
It is lovely to follow your journey Daniel, you are doing an amazing job! It has motivated me to get out today too 💪 Also think you could do 1 hour 45 mins
Looking forward ro this block of videos danny boi, im doing london landmarks half in march so i will be following your series with added interest. Im guessing 1.54.45 for your half.
Hey, Dutch guy over here and running the full in Manchester. Not sure if the half and full are on the same day, but lots of success. Your going to smash your PB at 1:46:53 . Kr
Daniel, just wondering: does your coach plan to also schedule shorter and faster races during your training plan? 5K, 10K. Someone said, "To be the faster marathon runner, you have to be the faster runner". In theory, the faster races should be helpful with that. I personally prepared for my marathon using Garmin daily suggested workouts, overall it went well, but a bit boring. It will be interesting to see how your training goes. If you need any support in this long journey, we're here :)
@@DanielMoves trust in the process/witchcraft, and you’ll be at 1:38:54 before you can say “Double Threshold”! A year ago, I was grinding out 27-minute parkruns - now I’m doing four in a row at 22:34 pace! The magic works 😃
You can run 1:47! Good luck. If I can do that at 55 then you can do that at your very young age! Of course I did this PB in a Love The Grind vest, so that was easy.
i think you'd enjoy the stockport trail HM (end of feb) - out to bridge 8 on the middlewood, back along the canal for a few miles before jumping back on the m'way to finish - super flat
He's back when the world needed him most

Welcome back!!! Good to see Philly has given you a good goal. Looking forward to the build up!!!

I’m thinking 1:46. You have so much time to build properly and the mental confidence to pair with it! Love your videos- can’t wait for the series!

That’s awesome!! And 1:45 😬 sounds so fast 😅
If you keep this training volume for all 28 weeks, you would easily reach 1:44:55! Just love the grind!
See you at that start line! Similar goals of consistency and strength&stability in that build 💪 good luck! Zoom zoom!
Prediction - 1:42:37
New daniel vid dropped lets go

Your half maraton time is within 5 mins of mine, and I've been out of training for a good while. This is TOTALLY motivating me to get running again.
Looking forward ro this block of videos danny boi, im doing london landmarks half in march so i will be following your series with added interest. Im guessing 1.54.45 for your half.

Good luck with your training and well done on the 10k subs
Great to see you back Daniel, what were your recoveries on your session as I’d like to do this tomorrow. Looks a good session.
1:47 is my guess. It’s a very long block, be worth doing a 10k race or something in the middle
1:48:53 Good luck with the training Daniel😊
For the record , It is a really well supported half marathon.
Half training then marathon, slow and steady keep paces down controlled running all the right points. Thanks
Wake up babe, New Daniel Moves video

Nice to see you back sir! Big bold prediction is a 1:47:53 👌
I reckon you could run 1:52:30 for your next half. That would be a great PB. Best of luck with the training!
That canal was creepy 😂
Nice job getting back to it, Dan! I am working on doing the same. Prediction: 1:48:45
Love The Grind Baby! 😊
My guess is 01:49:45! You got this!
You can run a 1.45:27 by May. I can feel it.

Good luck mate 👍🏻
I reckon 1:49:49
1.46!
1:45:23 at a 5min/km pace, easily
If you start further forwards and if Manchester Half isn’t too hilly, I reckon you’ll do 1:43:00
I think you're going to smash your 1:58:55 PB with a time of 1:47:35
I guess..1:50 half😊
1.39
That click bait is crazy
I ran my second half marathon in 1:51:42 so that’s my guess for you!
1:47:34
I say sub 1:38!!
I think you'll run 1:47:37. Or faster. Or slower.
1:52
You can run 1:47! Good luck. If I can do that at 55 then you can do that at your very young age! Of course I did this PB in a Love The Grind vest, so that was easy.
