Finally caught up on your videos and Philly's from Font! I did miss yours and wondered if you were still running but thought it would be just because you were so busy and travelling is draining! Loved watching the Font scenery as I stayed there a week this year and did some runs there too. Looking forward to further videos as and when they are ready.

The long run vid on Phily's channel was really good - both the content and the production/filming. I also know the feeling of looking at the paces Phily's put down for sessions and wondering if there was a typo in there - great job hitting the paces!

Love Switzerland and the mountains! Whereabouts did you live? We've visited the wife's sister in Kriens, nr Luzern, many times and the alpine scenery and walks there are stunning.

Dude I like the beanie! You might think it's cliche, but cliches are sometimes cliche for a reason, they work :) I didn't know you grew up in the mountains! I wonder if growing up at altitude (no idea what elevation you were at) gave you any natural V02 advantages. My wife gets migraines, the only fix is Advil and/or vodka, but if she reaches the throwing up stage, it's too late for any of that

Well I’m off to flagstaff for a month in December so I’m hoping to see the affects when I come down, and maybe do a 10k then 😊
