Definitely the best tutorial for this song yet! Keep them coming! - If you could do a tutorial of Ben Howard's The Fire... that would be amazing... I haven't seen a tutorial for it yet and it's beautiful! :)
Hey! :) Great tutorial, really loved it, :D thankyou for sharing. I just wondered what chords is it he strums during the chorus? If you know at all?... Could you please share. As want to play the whole song - thankyou in advance
Great teaching. I learnt this within 2 days! :D I never thought i'd be able to play it. more ben howard!
Great teaching. Please Keep uploading videos like this. Very much thankful.
Use CGCGGC tuning peeps
not just that, a lot of this is very different from how Ben plays it. It's clearly his own rendition.
legend. sounds crisper
What does that mewn
It sounds great but yeah Howard has the capo at third fret playing it live

You don’t tune down the g string. It stays a g. If you listen to the original you can hear it’s a g.
Very cool!!!
Good Work Dude
Only a newbie, but I'm getting confident playing guitar, struggling tho with how to tune the guitar this way
really helped thanks
such a help! thx man!
What about the ending?
Nice tutorial but kinda different from the original. Still remarkable lesson cheers
very different from the original
It's because he doesn't leave the G Strung tuned to G. Try that and its will sound more like the record. ! You're welcome lol
@@davep2323 a lot of the picking patterns are different as well. The closest I've found so far is Gareths but even some parts on that seem different.
@@DelScully True mate. I got the gist from this video and worked the rest out myself. Good luck buddy
Good
Nup i’m not risking breaking a string for the tuning goodbye
lol how are you going to break a string tuning down? Also.... they’re just strings haha
Why use the altered fret numbers? Surely it's easier to use what you and everyone is used to. Saves counting up frets from the capo.
Not quite correct. Wrong tuning. Should use CGCGGC
