Yes yes yes !!!!!!!! This is literally an amazing video. I had a subpar dunk workout today as you could say, It was raining and cold. But I still did some dunks and did some barefoot sprints in the grass and it felt great ! You can learn a lot about how to listen to your body by watching great arm wrestlers. Because they are so specific with their arms they have to pay close attention to them. Devon larratt is a good example of this in his upcoming match with Levon. He completely quit arm wrestling for a month to do soft tissue work. Interesting tactic, and also how these guys manage injuries, competition, family and still succeed. Now keep in mind these guys are on steroids but you can still learn from that and apply it to dunk training
I know Isiah has had lateral hip pain for a long time. Can you make a video on how you healed it. Ive had it for months and seems to be a tendon thing, gets aggrovated by jumping and running and heavy full squats, but cant seem to handle it properly.
Do you believe if someone strengthened their joints using range of motion exercises such as knees over toes guys would that alleviate joint pain as you progressed or is low level pain or injury inevitable with your heavy training?
Like the videos keep them coming and I was wandering how long would it take for my patellar tendon to feel normal again I had acl surgery about 9 months ago I do isometrics and it feels good but after a workout or playing basketball it gets stiff and tight and feels sore.
Guys I have a question, if somebody consistently goes through hypertrophy and max strength cycles while also incorporating sprints and max jumps 2 times a week, would they see robust gains for long? What is the missing element? Explosive weighted work? Plyometrics? Or is it just enough for very solid gains for some years?
Would they see robust gains? Yes Is weighted explosive work and plyometrics the missing element ? Maybe, who really knows for sure?but if you want to be the best jumper you can possibility be then I’d do them anyway.
you should bring back isaiah playing volleyball

Are you guys able to talk about any past volleyball gyys you gave trained?
@@aodoemelaI imagine it would be the same sort of gains as the typical THP two foot jumpers

Does walking backwards actually help and can you use it along side with leg extension isos? Or no?
