Lydia, these cards are beautiful. I was under the impression (from older tutorials) that vellum had to be colored on the reverse side. This is good to know that either way is fine. Thank you for another lesson. This is a great set. My two favorite things, stencils and hot foiling!
To somewhat echo someone else’s comment, very pretty but I can not afford the investment of hot foiling tools. Really would appreciate if these beautiful product ‘families’ could always include a stamp so those of us on limited budgets could do the old fashioned stamp and heat emboss to get our shiny details! Altenews layering stencils of late have been super awesome, love them! 🌸

It's really interesting to see how the ink almost dapple-effect'd on the front side versus the smoother effect on the reverse, yet both show the embossing so perfectly, which I thought would be impacted as well. 🤔🤷🏼♀️ I've just purchased my first hot foiling machine so am slowly getting plates for it and love seeing these types of cards! ❤️👏🏻❤️

I have to agree. I can't justify the cost of the hot foiling machine and plates. They are simply too expensive.
