I absolutely love your videos, I'm retired and I can spend more time doing handicrafts. my house burned down and a few months later my husband died, I lost all of my supplies in the fire, the thing I miss most is my die cutting machine. love watching TH-cam, slowly but surely I'm replacing a few of my things. thank you for all of the ideas that I get it's really fun.
I've recently came across your channel, and I am obsessed! I purchased a cricut maker and joy last year on a whim. Far from being a crafter, it looked fun. After surfing thru TH-cam to maximize the use of my cricuts, I found you. By far, my fave crafter to learn from. I've recently started to make cards for occassions, and let me tell you, I SUCK! My husband and myself agree that a preschooler could do a better job than me. Your videos continue to encourage me and brings me to a happy place I didn't know existed. It is the much needed peace therapy that has a positive impact on myself. I hope to someday create something that is just as beautiful as the items you create. Meanwhile, it's fun to keep practicing. I watched this a long time ago but had forgotten about the pearls. I knew about colouring them with markers but not about using embellishing powders and heat setting, so there's a plan for later. Thank you!

Very nice. These make beautiful cards. I have some heavier weight vellum that's been sitting in a box for a while. So, I'll have to try it. What a great idea using the embossing powder to make embellishments. I would have never thought to even mix them.
