This seems good for the price. I am looking at a simple straight forward unit which does not require medical certification. I am doing air exchange membrane testing, i noticed that it stated +- 1.5% for ranges under 90%. Is this true and reliable?

I'm confused by comments on other sites about this unit. Is there some adapter needed to plug this in the wall here in the USA or can I plug directly into the wall outlet in Tennessee?

I just got mine today. There's a print that's very confusing below the QA Verification stamp. It states:
**DO NOT** USE FOR HUMAN MEDICAL EQUIPMENT - not issued an FSA 510(K) premarket notification.
This video doesnt yet show that print on the certificate. Are they stating that this analyzer is NOT fda approved? Or are they saying not to use the analyzer on a "non-fda approved" human medical equipment?

The unit has not been issued an FSA 510(K) premarket notification, which means not to be used for HUMAN MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. If you have human medical equipment like an oxygen concentrator, we suggest using an oxygen analyzer with an FSA 510(K) premarket notification. I hope that is clear.

83.3% O2 at 1 LPM does not pass. I fail anything under 90%. I'm talking from a Home Medical Equipment perspective.

Agreed, old machine being used in the demo, but thanks for your inputs, which Oxygen Analyzer are you currently using?
