@@collinmooremagic6843 their starting OL is High 3 🌟 at worst. DL is loaded with blue chip monsters. Secondary has 4 guys who would start anywhere in the nation besides Michigan. RB has two 3 down backs who have proven themselves when given the chance. WR is a top 3 room in the nation.

Colorado will go 6-6 this season for me meaning a bowl game… losses to Nebraska, UCF, Arizona, Texas Tech, Kansas and Oklahoma State… signature wins at home over Kansas State and Utah
I think Kansas state is a tone setter for the rest of the season, even if they lose that have to keep it close, can’t be a repeat of what happened at Oregon. If they can compete i have them winning out the rest of their schedule

The thing you have to take into account is at every position except recover they are basically 1 player deep any injuries and they are cooked even healthy 5-6 wins is top, Travis hunter will miss time if he play both ways no way around it one other significant injury and it could easily be a 4 win team again

10-2 is my call. Coaching has improved significantly. The country is underestimating that defence, which I think will be in the top ten in the country. The only ? Is that O-line, if they are average or better the skill players will present a serious match up problems for opposing defenses. There is way too many pro- football minds in the Buffs organization to not know what they are walking into on a weakly bases.
Not buying the early season hype of Nebraska. A true freshman QB in his 2nd game? Nah. They have to prove they have an offense and defense that can hang with Colorado.
I got them starting off 4-0. The UCF game intrigues me since it's on the road. UCF is better than people think. I want to bet on Colorado just having better starters early in the season, so I'll give them that win.
Avery Johnson and DJ Giddens could be a freaking movie next year. They will likely slow Colorado with the run game. I think it's a loss.
I think Arizona beats them in a shoot out.
Now they are 5-2
Colorado beats Cincinnati and gets a bye before Texas Tech on the road. IMO, Tech doesn't have the offense to keep up, and they have to play Baylor and then TCU and Iowa St on the road. They could be coming off two straight losses and reeling. They could also be coming off the high of back to back wins vs road teams and have to play a rested Colorado. Either way, i see Colorado winning. I also think they catch Utah off their rivalry win vs BYU and upset them in front of a big crowd in Bolder. At that point Colorado is likely top 15-17 as well as Utah a likely 8-1 Utah. Going to be a top tier matchup, but i think this is where Sheduer and Travis Hunter.
8-2 so far and people are thinking possible Big 12 championship or at large bid, but not so fast my friend. I think they lose to Kansas and Oklahoma St and finish 8-4.
For then 8-4 is a damn good season. You can see the vision and buy in then, then you can recruit better from high school. To even get this far, Sanders and Hunter have to ball out. That run game has to find its stride, but trench play need to get better, OL significantly so. They are definitely bigger than they were last year.

@@SamJohnson-rh8rr Oh I very much have, it's precisely why I made that prediction. Colorado has improved but not nearly enough considering the level of parity that's being injected into the Big 12 this year. I don't see any team coming out of this season without at least 2 losses and the Buffs are still in the mid tier of those teams at best.
@jeremygilbert7989 Best QB, WRs and DBs in the conference, 2nd or 3rd best DL, Top tier RBs, NFL coaching experience galore, a good OL, and serious program momentum will not equate to anything less than 8 wins.
@SamJohnson-rh8rr best skill positions, but brand new O-line and almost brand new D-line, two new coordinator's. Couldn't run the football, Couldn't pass protect, or stop the run last year. Those are all huge question marks.
@TheKRL78 1 new coordinator. Shurmur has been on the staff since the beginning. It's 3/5 of a brand new line and that's much more manageable. DL doesn't need the connectivity that an OL needs, but CU will have as nasty a DL as any Big 12 team.

i mean the return everyone and their schedule isn’t as tough. they improved by three games last season they can improve another three this season
@@kev614they return about 70% of their production from last year, which is 3rd in the Big 12 behind Iowa St and Okie St. Got a brand new O-line and depth issues.

Colorado has about 4 teams that they're better than, NDSU, CSU, Baylor, and Cincinnati. None of the other games will be gimmes
