@@finger413 dude, I know that. My comment was that Krazy 8 wasn't in season 6. He has to show up in part 2 since it's around the same timeline as Breaking bad season 1.
He calls the turn bet and then i think the river card is revealed, Lalo makes a huge river bet and Krazy-8 folds. This is considered crazy for 1 of 2 reasons. Either the river made 4 to a straight or flush which Krazy-8 should've foreseen the odds of and raised the turn to protect his equity, hence Lalo's confusion: "You had a set on the turn and you didn't raise?". A set on what one can only perceive is a wet board on the turn is very strong, but generally it would make sense to raise in order to fold out hands with weak implied odds that can draw to a straight or flush which would beat a "set" or three of a kind. However it's hard to say exactly what the board was so Krazy-8 should be trapping sometimes in this spot, meaning he would call the turn to feign weakness or that his hand is marginal, rather than potentially revealing its strength with a raise. This comes at the cost of hand protection however. Depending on the situation, the turn call might not have been all too crazy if he Lalo has a lot of bluffs here based on his table image. But if the board was dry (no four to a straight or flush) and he still folded the set, then yes that would be crazy. Raising Lalo's river bet would probably have a value that's too thin, if he's considering folding at all. So the best decision would've undoubtedly just been a call of Lalo's river bet. So Krazy-8 just either made a questionable turn decision or he's awful at poker. It would also be considered bad etiquette for Lalo to have looked at Krazy-8's hole cards after mucked his hand but considering he's likely a sociopath I don't put this behavior past him.
I said the same on another comment but I don't think Lalo would have killed him over a poker hand lol.. If anything, Domingo letting Lalo win makes Lalo think less of Domingo as a man. He was better of shoving... course I say that knowing what Lalo was holding so take that as you will

"Ocho loco" sounds so much better than "Crazy 8", I wondered whether the game originated in Spanish. I don't think that's the case, though.
They both sound pretty cool. One language matches up the "Oh" sound and the other matches up the "Ay" sound. Origins - From Wiki: The game first appeared as "Eights" in the 1930s, and the name "Crazy Eights" dates to the 1940s, derived from the United States military designation for discharge of mentally unstable soldiers, Section 8
@@johnconway9882 Yeah, but it's 4 "oh" sounds versus 2 "ay" sounds, so it's twice as cool. Plus it almost rhymes.
Lalo prob thought “ he had all the power and still folded , he would prob do the same to the cops”
No, not really. Krazy-8 knew his place, and didn't wanted to piss off Lalo.
I would describe it as the opposite. He could have fucked him. But descided not to.
@@DoubleClefFm That's true. It showed that his respect for/fear of Lalo was stronger than his urge to make a quick buck. That would actually earn him a measure of trust.
Yes, just not in a way Lalo respected. The trust was based on Lalo knowing he was more scared of him than the police rather than him keeping his mouth shut due to bravery.
I wonder what they can charge him with if he was just fixing a pipe. Any examination will show that he did not touch the packages))
That’s an interesting thought. I mean they definitely used it to pressure him into becoming a snitch but if he held out he might’ve gotten away with it.

If they're heads up how does Lalo raise after Domingo calls postflop?
He could probably read Domingo was scared. Notice he kept looking at Nacho and no one else.
I mean according to the rules of the game. In any betting round after the flop, once all players have met the current bet, betting ends. Domingo closed betting on the river by putting in money and saying "call" (meeting a bet by another player) and there are no other players behind, indicating that Lalo already has that amount in. Lalo cannot raise, the hand is over and they have to show down.
Lalo raised post turn.

Lalo knew he was spineless when he folded his set of 88’s... there was no combination of hands that would of beat it... That told Lalo all information he needed to know, never trust a man who folds under the pressure of being afraid...
Pocket Ace or Queen couls still beat 8s, and there are two cards yet to be dealt
Did none of yall watch the show?? Also his rank in the cartel is lower than Nachos, he has to keep his boss happy. He knows how those guys are and the kind of message it sends to others if a inferior member defeats the boss. I figured this would be common sens.
@@kevinstart5107 Except Lalo doesn't care if someone beats him in poker. No one at that table would have cared. That's not the dynamic in BCS. Maybe Krazy 8 THOUGHT he should fold to keep the boss happy, but like the first commenter said that only shows Lalo that Krazy 8 is spineless for even being too afraid to play well at poker.
Board was 4 6 q 8 A rainbow. He loses to pocket aces, pocket queens, and the turned straight. Honestly Lalos play isn't terrible being that he had equity going to the river and just decided to barrel when he missed. Krazy 8 is a nit tho

Could of had the respect and the money 😂
You can't reraise after a call, that means someone else was in the game, but then there is noone else folding...
It's also bad form to look at folded cards. It's very very minor cheating for future games :p
You tell him he can't.....
U can preflop if u are on big blind and small blind just call
If Krazy 8 calls. ...how does lalo raise ? Doesnt make sense
and he already called, when he saw Lalo raise he should of known.
would make sense if there were more players in the pot. Player A bets, Krazy 8 calls and Lalo is last to act and decides to raise. But doesn't seem so
He calls the turn bet and then i think the river card is revealed, Lalo makes a huge river bet and Krazy-8 folds.
How about the script where they watch a soccer game and each side scores a home run.
