Tarpon Springs Police department is notoriously corrupt. At more than one point, they faced legal dissolution of the department due to their ongoing misbehavior.
SUE THESE FOOLS !
The US Government and All of its Employees are corrupt….notice how shitty everything is?
You mean Tampon Strings!
Too many cops think that a City bylaw can overrule the Constitution and the rulings from the Supreme Court.
Technically, ordnances are considered infractions and can only carry the max penalty of a class B misdemeanor. So, they do not exist as justification to trespass someone from public property. Cops are typically extremely ignorant of the law.
But not all supreme court rulings are constitutional.
@@fuckthepopo5406 ….that is not the point here. The SCUS has made rulings and interpreted the Constitution that the Cops should follow.
If the Supreme Court rules that i have ( in the US ) to marry my Goat then the Legislators must remove any Laws that obstruct my right to do so, regardless of your or the opinions of other’s .
That’s why the US has a Supreme Court that deals with the Constitution ( Common Law )
They can by law. Just like noice ordinance, fireworks in a city limit, go learn something not listen to idiots on here. And there are more also.
@@LeonD519 No, city/state laws can not override the constitution. There is no constitutional right to fireworks or noise, those are literally under the city/state prerogative.
Unbelievable this keeps happening. Stop hiring idiots.
It's the human condition. Humans are idiots
Power corrupts
They just want to use their definition of laws
Only idiot is the attention seeking dumbass
Idiots hiring idiots
No start training the police correctly
please fire these cops
Auditors are Dicks they need real jobs 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Soliciting is a 1st Amendment protected activity...it supercedes any ordinance...
😂😂😂. Wrong
@@LeonD519How .
@@LeonD519Your husband said he was right
@@pinheadlarry2620 don’t you deny the times me and you had, I’m sure them butt stitches are healed so we can go at it again, the lust we have for one another is amazing. I miss you sexy Larry
Not all soliciting is protected, bud. "Although solicitation is protected, it can be subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions. Local laws and regulations may impose restrictions on solicitation to balance First Amendment rights with other interests, such as public safety and order." City ordnances can absolutely prohibit things like panhandling and not be violating the 1st amendment.
Fire cops that don't know the law.
They know the law. They can legally lie to you. You lie, you cop a charge. They act dumb for QI puposes
There would be only a few cops in this country😅
@@chrismartinez8390 I'd be surprised if they actually knew panhandling is free speech. I only expect them to know enough of the law to change you with bullshit.
Pignorance!
The only ignorant ones are the anticop bigots who don't know what the laws actually are.
"Although solicitation is protected, it can be subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions. Local laws and regulations may impose restrictions on solicitation to balance First Amendment rights with other interests, such as public safety and order."Cities can 100% pass prohibitions on certain types of solicitation such as panhandling.
@@shade9272 Spoken like a shady cop
Get them off the force. 😊
I hate hearing cops say they don't work for the people. 100% incorrect 🤡👮♂️
If they don’t work for us, and anymore I don’t think they do ,there now more like a enemy force serving the elite
Yes we employ them to provide protection for us
This one swore allegence to satan not us
@@dawntaylor3972And they fail miserably!
Can we please just get rid of the idiots. I understand that could leave most police departments empty, but its gotta be done..
Then get rid of 99% the people that live on this planet.
@@jamesbradburn2916I’m assuming you’re on the top of that list? Smh…
I agree they need to be fired for trying to enforce law that you do not even know.
@@jamesbradburn2916they're trying!!
If police were required to carry malpractice insurance that increased their rates every time they lost an unlawful arrest lawsuit, maybe they would take more care to learn the laws they enforce.
They're quite aware of the laws they're enforcing.
"Although solicitation is protected, it can be subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions. Local laws and regulations may impose restrictions on solicitation to balance First Amendment rights with other interests, such as public safety and order."Cities can 100% pass regulations that prohibit solicitation such as panhandling and it be legal within constitutional law.
Law enforcement either work for the citizens or they work for no one. If they can't grasp the concept, they need to kick rocks and find another method of employment. These cities need better hiring and training practices. Great job 👍🏻 on the vid.
Boggles my mind how you could do a job and not understand the basics of it.
It’s y’all fools that don’t know the law. Social media laws 😂 idiots
They are literally PUBLIC SERVANTS, makeing the public their boss. Sue them and the city
"i don't work for you" his audacity to claim that 😂
He doesn't. He works for the city, enforcing laws passed by elected officials. Those officials work for the electorate as a whole, and not any one individual.
And mind numbing ignorance
Egotistical tyrants!
They think they tough cause they hold guns
... and have ridiculous tattoos. Seriously... why does that old cop have sleeves??? 😂
@@jerryjeromehawkins1712I think tattoos are for the most part beautiful, however I don't wanna see public servents all tatted up, like the Nazis in jail.
I like it when they say, "I don't care what the Constitution says" or "I don't care what the Supreme Court says". In other words, we are above the law.
More criminal cops
ALL COPS ARE CRIMINALS.
The smile they have as they violate rights, knowing that nothing will happen to them is disgusting. Those are what I call domestic terrorists.
It will change its coming
Abolish qualified immunity immediately and start jailing these foolish tyrants.
Civil rights violations automatically disqualify officers from immunity.
@@chrish1253 wrong, there is that pesky clearly established clause in there that is abused frequently and with impunity. And even if it's not specifically a rights violation, no person regardless of status or position should ever be above the law and that is what qualified immunity does. It is an injustice and an evil that has destroyed all credibility of the judicial system.
Q.I. doesn't apply here the public servants take an oath to defined the constitution just because they didn't bother to read what they sore to protect doesn't excuse them.
@@molonlabe7309 All due respect, you don't know the first thing about QI or how it is applied if you believe that.
They work for us, we write the checks and they signed it. 😂
There’s a obvious problem with police not knowing the oath they took or they just don’t care. Either way these rights are guaranteed and protected by the federal government and there’s no punishment for the oath breakers which needs to change. Civil rights should be known by all police no excuses and harsh penalties to any that willfully or ignorantly violate them. We the people demand this and accountability for criminal behavior by police.
Trepassed from civil hall like you were ak47 ing the church.
They don't understand that he is going to sue and you are going to be forced to let him do this. And he will probably go back and do it again to make sure you got the message.
Mag dump the pigs
Mag dump your face, bigot.
Perfect example of what's wrong with policing in this country.
No such thing as an honest cop ALL are rotten to the core!
How can this nonsense go on day after day?? This is absolute basic law !
We, the people, should not have to train these idiots.
It's time to examine what our civil servants are being taught at police academies.
It’s WAY past time!!!
When will they learn...
Never😂😂😂😂
They don’t have a clue what is happening in real time. Amazing. For all to see.
Actually... that's EXACTLY who you work for
City ordinance does NOT trump constitutional law!
I’m not going to claim this is easy,
but the single best thing Vinny could’ve done is allow Steve to attempt to justify his assertions and let him destroy himself..
That's right, give em enough rope
Pretty sure they have enough rope to go to the nearest star and back at the moment. @@paulirish8977
"BIG dummy" was a polite description 😅
Bad cops must go to jail!😡😡😡😡😡
Most incompetent cops ever recorded
"Quiet big dummy" 😂😂😂😂
if a cop that is payed by American tax money has qualified amunity
Both officers need life in prison
Ya big dummy! Lol. I love it when Jeff goes off.
Whenever I’m in a situation such as this I always ask myself, “What would Jeff do?”
Ohhh boy, anyone else sick of completely incompetent cops? Surreal
Yes he does work for us.
JEFF
These cops are trying to intimate law abiding citizens. Disgraceful behavior. "I don't work for you"
That cop is a fool... I hope a lawsuit fores retraining. I'd like to see a revisit after the lawsuit.
I love when Jeff calls them “big-dummy” like it’s all one word. Haha.
Thank you for standing up for everyone rights including big dummies. The whole point is education.
This is why we need civilian review boards instead of internal affairs because cops have forgotten they work for the people
I smell a lawsuit on that girly boy cop
I love how he says. I am solsetting which is against the law.
And then proceeds to argue over that fact.
Ignorance of the law is NO excuse according to the courts...UNLESS you are a COP.
If they weren't allowed to carry a gun, they would respect their public.
Who does he work for then ? Cocky cop needs to be removed and sued
If a law violates the constitution it non law
Public Servants that don't know that they work for the public.
When a cop tells you some nonsense.
You should reply, "wanna bet your qualified immunity on that?"
That cop is wrong.
He also is not legally allowed to trespass a citizen, nor can he go solicit a trespass.
From public property where he is yes. Banning soliciting its antiamerican communism
@@TheAnnoyingBoss not sure what you meant by “from public property where he is yes.”
You can’t trespass in public property and cops cannot trespass you on private property unless that particular cop owns the property.
@@dansir4102 You are 100% wrong. You can be trespassed from public property by those who are entrusted to administer that property when someone isn't behaving as they should. What's more, although solicitation is protected, it can be subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions. Local laws and regulations may impose restrictions on solicitation to balance First Amendment rights with other interests, such as public safety and order. Cities can absolutely prohibit certain types of solicitation such as panhandling.
@@shade9272 not true. You cannot be trespassed from public property.
You CAN be arrested for committing a crime in a public space. But you cannot be removed unless you’re committing a crime and are being arrested.
Being trespassed and committing a crime of soliciting illegally and being arrested for that are 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS
They work for politicians...nuff said

I think Jeff (and a lot of other auditors) need to STOP taking the "threat of arrest" as a win. **Make the cops ACTUALLY arrest you** for your speech.
Cops don't face any consequences for "threatening" to violate your rights **if they get you to comply** because of that threat.
I also think the auditors (and anyone else who has "standing") need to start going after the contracts that have the city/county/state paying the judgments when cops violate people's rights. Cops WON'T CHANGE behavior as long as they have ZERO consequences.
Threat of arrest is all that is needed for a lawsuit or even a threat of a lawsuit to make change in a department.
@@shannonp4037 I would agree with you **IF** it wasn't the cities/ counties/ states that were paying the lawsuits and not the officers that made the mistakes.
Until the cops and police departments pay their own lawsuits, they have no **incentive** to change.
You spelled frauditor wrong. Whoever is narrating didn't bother to find out what the actual law says on the matter.
"Although solicitation is protected, it can be subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions. Local laws and regulations may impose restrictions on solicitation to balance First Amendment rights with other interests, such as public safety and order."Cities can 100% prohibit solicitation such as panhandling, and employees of public facilities can trespass individuals off the property when they are deemed to be a problem for the operation of that facility. That's what the actual law is.
You can't make a Constitutionally protected activity into a crime. It's literally THAT simple.
The US Supreme Court has ruled that solicitation (they called it requests for alms) is indeed free speech.
That's only true if you only read the parts of the ruling that you like. Although solicitation is protected, it can be subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions. Local laws and regulations may impose restrictions on solicitation to balance First Amendment rights with other interests, such as public safety and order. Cities can 100% prohibit certain types of solicitation such as panhandling. Completely legal.
Let them keep their immunity, just start jailing their families
Disdain for our Rights
technically the cop does work for the taxpayer as it is the taxpayers that pay his salary,
Yea, that badge is gone xD
We see this over America so do something about it, judges, prosecutors, investigators, district attorneys, hold them responsible for any and all bogus services, stop just doing what is easy, do your jobs,
At 600 to 800 bucks an hour for litigation sent the sheriffs to court and make them spend all their money in litigation 💁💪🏻😎✌️
At all honestly, you would think with the 5 million videos out there that these people would learn by now.
Just like when I see state workers digging a hole and three of them are watching one guy do it. Waste of my taxpayer dollars.
Bully and harass!!!
Gang members with badges!
Fire them before things get out of control. Stop hiring high school dropouts.
Don't they teach cops the law in the academy anymore?
These stripes should be ripped off our uniform we let him wear !!!
It's right he doesn't work for you. He works for himself, that's what makes him corrupt.
Certify these public servants on the constitution and law like they are certified to be a police officer. In-service them and when they infringe on the constitution and law they will lose their qualified immunity and be fined personally. Why don't they know what they took an oath to? Why don't they know what public property is?
Don’t they have the internet in Tarpon Springs?
Sue.. sue... sue
YES,they work for public and you are part of the public, consecutively, they work for you.
Thugs for hire. No education required
How come they are allowed to that. What I mean is having a job without knowing work.
Cops need to tell us who they work for… do they work for their union or do they work for the tax payers? Because if they work for the tax payers then they need to saying they don’t and if they work for their union then let their unions pay out the lawsuit settlements.
Freedom of Speech!
“This guy is a big dummy” 🔥
Are cops prohibited from knowing the law?
If they do not think they work for you / us the people, then who the hell do they think they work for ?
How is it possible cops still think city ordinance over rules the constitution, really how stupid can a person be? I could understand if their profession was something that is not associated with law inforcement. It is just beyond comprehension
CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE
Title 18 section 242 deprivation of rights under color of law. Cop can be fined and jailed
They lie. You have to get a signature from the property owner for an official trespass. That's a public building, so on the paperwork alone, it can't be done.
Grandpa pig needs to cover tattoos or be fired.
Big Dummy 😢
These cops like most others are so full of themselves
Proof you can’t fix stupid but you surely can give them a gun and a badge.
Power trip
How can this idiot sergeant violate your rights? When he hasn’t got a clue what they are.,, so I would definitely watch my back,,
