Love the testing you do. Instead of rpm = volts. Can you do wind speed per amps. THAT would be a video to watch. That is what people want to see.

I have two of these model turbines. They are high quality and rugged, basic starter turbines to boost solar panels at remote data collection locations. My pole slammed to the ground in a 60mph gust, blades impacted the ground....a hard hit....the hub , blades and shaft all survived without damage. Had the turbine mounted on a portable base/frame, I now have sandbags anchoring it better. I would assume the hub/blade assembly alone, to be worth over a $100. On cloudy days, it keeps my relay station alive but my battery drain is a constant 15watts. Without the turbine, I had to employ my gasoline generator often, this situation occurs mostly in the 4 solar minimum months of winter.

After testing a number of models presumably with the same innards I bought a GE-400 from Green Energy Aliexpress. @ 1000 rpm in real wind it puts out over 300W and occasionally exceeds 400W. It has bigger magnets. It is also quieter because it runs slower driving the bigger magnet load. Little wonder their feedback is 100%.

Hey, i already built it, but after a few months the blades are wiggeling and I tried to unscrew some stuff but it didn't work, and i'm scared that sometime the blades will just fall off while it's spinning very fast or smth like that

Could you test this turbine on 2 12v batteries in series? Need to know whether it will charge a 24v battery bank, the charge controller says it will? ( hopefully at the same RPM?)

It said it can produce 500watts. But with maximum testing speed it only produce 180watts. So is it still a good buy?

Only if you have 11m/sec wind.
