Right about the same as mine. The controller would not let me go above 6 amps ( 72 watts ) then the break would kick in with the controller that came with it. With just a rectifier I did 29 amp at 1600 rpm. Yea. Never see that. It all come down to my Veror 500 watt turbine is a 100 watt unit at best. O yes at 1600 rpm it is only a 350 watt unit. If you look at the windings it would burn up at 500 watts.
Hey, thank you for your time and effort. Please, can you put 1 ohm resistor on the output of the bridge rectifier? See at what RPM what voltage, current, power on the resistor. I may be wrong, but the charge controller seemed to kick in at around 10V which seems crazy to me. For example if 10W could be extracted with a custom made controller when turbine output voltage is 3-5V that's fine!

La prova è per fare vedere la differenza di resa tra la turbina collegata tramite regolatore e collegata direttamente con il ponte diodi rettificatore, solo questo. In questa condizione non c'è protezione sia per la batteria che per il generatore quindi è soltanto un collegamento di prova e non da fare assolutamente!!!
I'm facing same problem, my circuit board for my Air 40 is not working correctly and will now connect rectifier to my turbine - AC to DC but don't know how to stop overcharging my bettery without possible damage . Would appreciate your advice .
You are forced to fit a regulator, it is the best solution... the video was to demonstrate that without a regulator the output power is very similar....
I did a test without a regulator to demonstrate that the power output from the turbine is more or less the same, many said that this was not the case.....
Diese Generatoren bringen kaum Ladestrom Ampere . Schaut euch alle Werte an ,mit was sie werben 🤔😉. Bei keinem Windgenerator wird mit Ampere geworben ,nur mit Watt U Volt . Nur damit bekommt man kein Akku geladen . Teures Spielzeug was nichts bringt .

Aber 5-6 Ampere hat der nicht gebracht , noch nicht Mal 1 Ampere , bei Maximum 🤔 es wundert mich das bei deinem Test da 5-6 Ampere heraus kommt 🤔

Yes, there is no comparison with the yield of photovoltaics, unless the turbines are installed in very windy areas and where there is often wind... and strong winds!

Put a dump load on it. Set at a set voltage.
