You’re amazing, I appreciate your talent ability and verbal articulation, camera and audience friendly for sure. I’m in S.W. Arizona, I’m interested in the price of one of these hives for my bees w/logo...
That's beautiful work and design. I'm concerned about the heat transfer from the copper after the sun warms it up. Isn't that going to increase the summertime heatload and cook the bees, larva and honey?
Love the design & I Just have question, where is the divider, so you can put a small colony into it & they don't have that huge barn to try to control humidity & temp ?
Nice video. Would be nice if you could get the sound up a bit. Sometimes can hardly hear you even with the sound all the way up (yep, some folk are hard of hearing :)
beautiful job Dillon, that design is so aesthetically pleasing and the functionality could be the future . Glad I stumbled on this. Does the angle on the frame encourage or insure the location of the comb? I want to build one after seeing yours!
Very nice workmanship, I had a question about the tunnel entrance, I've heard that the bees don't like that kind of entrance, what is your experience of that with your hives?
Great work. One thing though - how do you know how far to slide the vents open or closed? Is it just a matter of opening them in summer and closing in winter and half open in autumn/spring?
Those are real nice i love cathedral hives. Thinking about a similar desine but at a 45 digree anglelike a tree trunk frames like a stair case top a quilt boxwirh sawdust front hinged to axes the frames
I think that all hives should have a hexagonal shape. this is because bees recognize this geometric shape, and save your work! and they should follow the measure aurea 1.618, because they also recognize this measure! and hives would be more efficient and harmonized!
You did a beautiful job! I love your improvements... these must have been a lot of work but turned out amazing 🐝🌸
Beautiful - the laser engraved design and that roof really make for a beehive of the highest quality. Kudos.

Wow. That’s nice. I guess I’ll have to try a cathedral hive now....
Very nice Dillon !
I just ran across your video. I like the hive. But I like your t-shirt more. Arthur of rock is cool
Have you ever built one of those gems for a client only have a swarm show up and occupy it before shipping?
great job! Kenyan hive is great!
You are very smart. i worked all type frozen area type warm area type hives This work very interesting.
@Dillon Martin
Need the exact width of the frames and angle of the triangles on the frames.
Oh my goodness...the ultimate delux luxury bee hive🤩 i want one!
I wonder how you would integrate the spacers put between the honeycomb bars.
Work of art.... ❤
Well done!
Beautifull, well done!!
What dimensions was the wood used for the bars/half frames?
Please tell me, what are the advantages of a hexagonal frame compared to a general square frame?
Why do you put glass containers in the hive?
Is there a drawing for the two jar feeder you have built?
wow. very cool
Hi how do you do the joint between the top bar pieces?
Excellent job
do you sell the plans so i can build a hive
They don't fall to the side?
A tutorial on how to build one of these would be awesome
Backyardhive.com has these plans
@@jordank1133 similar plans, but i thought he said he customized them? I'll have to check the site out either way. Thanks for the heads up brethren
That's beautiful work and design. I'm concerned about the heat transfer from the copper after the sun warms it up. Isn't that going to increase the summertime heatload and cook the bees, larva and honey?
I would think keeping it clean and reflective would lower the temperature
Just curious what is the advantage of this over a normal top bar hive?
It's awesome...
And it will produce more honey.
Dear delon I need one, how much is it, and where and how can I get it am in Nigeria
Love the design & I Just have question, where is the divider, so you can put a small colony into it & they don't have that huge barn to try to control humidity & temp ?
Porque vocês não passa a medida dessas caixas de abelas
bravo from greece
hi, can you share your dimensions and maybe your plans? Thank you

Yes it does secure and encourage the comb to be attached to the frame and not the side of the hive like other top bar designs
how much for a cathedral hive
ensina como fazer a caixa e a meu ver
Hi Dillon do you still make these? Would be interested in one.
How much does this Cadillac cost?
Are you still building hives? If so I’d be interested
Интересно. Спасибо Вам.
How many of those do you still have, 5 years later? These designer hives may look cool when they are new, just not very practical.
Do you build the golden mean design as well?
Has anyone did the math to check if it's really even golden mean yet....
The barrel hive is better than the box hive, especially since the frames are easy to disassemble and the honey does not stick to them
Are these hives for sale?
Hi martin, i write from italy, maybe possible to buy a 3.0 of your beehive plan to create it by myself? Thanks
How much are you selling them for
You are in Colorado? I’m wanting to build a TBH this winter for a hive next spring and live in S Co. :)
OK rất tuyệt vời bạn ơi 👍👍👍👍
Do you ship to Africa
Great
its creative, thanks for sharing Dillon, im currently doing a study project, bee habitat is one of the subject, can i pm you? thanks
I’m really interested in one of these. Do you only sell locally?
I make a couple per year and live in Fort Collins, CO
Would you ship to Texas? I love your version of this. I don't need one till next spring but would take one earlier.
Yes I can ship. Send me an email at beethechangefc@gmail.com and we can talk specifics. Thanks!
Dillon Martin thanks! Sent one last night.
@@freeboarder212 I need the width of the frames and angles of the triangles please, I'm working on a design of my own
Çok güzel bende yapmalıyım
I would like to purchase them from you where can I buy ?
Those are real nice i love cathedral hives. Thinking about a similar desine but at a 45 digree anglelike a tree trunk frames like a stair case top a quilt boxwirh sawdust front hinged to axes the frames
Sounds cool. I wonder how that would work out. I would absolutely love to see you build it.
